Found a great price on good quality cotton sheets and then the owner (?) Geoff was concerned that my surname correction hadn't been changed when my order was sent out, and rang me to apologise, even when he was having a family crisis. This was amazing service, and it's such a shame that other companies nowadays don't realise the value of customer service. I am a repeat customer and will definitely check the Best Price Linen website if I need to shop again.

Found Best Price Linen doing a google search. It had the two doona covers that I was after at a very good price. I could find a particular cushion on their web site so phoned. Spoke to a really helpful man who went searching and phoned me back to say he had found exactly what I wanted and would adjust the web site so that it showed as available. I want to sincerely thank Best Linen for the kind service I was given. Geoff, the owner, demonstrated above and beyond the call of professionalism. Chasing a quilt cover set that was sold out everywhere, I emailed Geoff asking if there was a chance it could be reintroduced. Geoff replied that the system showed sold out, but he would do a PHYSICAL CHECK. Wow!! To my amazement he found one left. Not only was the service awesome, but delivery was prompt and was kept informed throughout. Again, thank you very much and would definitely recommend.

The beautiful Castille Gold kingsize quilt cover was sooo expensive but what a saving by getting it online. I did go and check out the shade of gold at a local store because it can be so hard to match and I'd purchased ones on Gumtree that just were so wrong. Despite saving money, in the long run it was such a waste of time to go second hand with something so important. re-sold the 3 others on Gumtree, bought this one brand new and haven't looked back. Free postage, quick service and a couple of lovely tea towels thrown in for free. I'm a happy lady.

Hadn't heard of this business before, but took a leap of faith as they appeared to be the only place where I could get this particular sized quilt cover. It arrived in perfect condition, well packaged (important when items have to travel ), excellent price and exactly what I wanted! Would I recommend them? Yes 100%! Beautiful products from an extensive range. It is so hard to find sheets for a King Bed with a double pillow top, but Best Price Linen had them, and at the right price. Perfect. Next was a waffle blanket to fit - another item as rare as hen's teeth.

I had a little trouble with my order going through online so I rang and the person there was very helpful and friendly said he would ring back and actually did! Got a very family run business feeling which was nice for a change. Found best priced v shape memory foam pillow at Best Price Linen, arrived in this BIG box? realized I needed a special pillowcase or two, as regular pillowcases do not fit! That annoyed me 1st but for BPL not to stock the pillowcases for these pillows is disappointing, they're really hard to find & I'm still looking. Nice to have free p&h though with fair pricing on their products. But the lovely, ever so helpful gent from bpl rang me & personally contacted logan & mason, to assure me the tailored tri pillowcase of bpl's will fit my v shape memory foam pillow. That big box was because memory foam should not be squashed out of shape. The customer service he gave me was 100% & I'll definitely be returning. Such a pleasant experience *****
