I ordered some king size microfibre bed sheets from this company and they called me a couple of days later to let me know that the colour I ordered had unfortunately been part of a batch damaged by a storm at their warehouse. The guy I spoke to was extremely apologetic and asked if there was another colour I might be happy with instead, or suggested I could wait until new stock arrived. I had actually been tossing up between two colours so told him to send the other colour. Item arrived a couple of days later and the sheets are so soft and lovely to sleep on, the colour I ended up with was actually probably a better match for my doona than the one I'd originally ordered so all worked out great in the end!

High quality bed linen, and they stock the deep fitted sheets (50cm) which reach over pillowtop beds (unavailable previously). Great communication by email. All arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I've already ordered from them again - highly recommended.

Item I ordered was discontinued, however the owner not only chased around for a similar item, he kept me well informed with phone calls of when item would arrive & be dispatched to me. Definitely went the extra mile. Best price also.

Best Price Linen did in fact have the best price for the specific product I was looking for. Ordered and paid by Paypal however I did not receive any kind of email confirmation or despatch information. The product ordered took 8 days to arrive which I do not consider great service as the item was ex stock. I would use them again, however next time I now know the delivery timeframe and not to expect anything until the goods turn up at the door.

My third purchase with this company because I can't fault the service, product range and price. The staff exceptionally efficient and helpful.

Very helpful service online or by phone. Was called when the online ordering system was not working as planned and phone assistance very helpful. Products as described and very good quality. The 400thread count sheets are beautiful, and the 250 perfect for everyday use. Good service, good products, would definitely recommend.

I ordered 2 pillows. The product had just been discontinued but they got the replacement product in for me. They checked it was very similar if not better in quality, then sent it to me for the original order price even though the new ones were more expensive. Thanks heaps :)
