Best Sheds provided by far the best value..by at least 40%...service was excellent and the shed delivered on time with everything needed supplied. I got one of their recommended builders to put up the shed..."WW Constructions" Ben and Ryan from the Nowra/Eurobodalla area and they put the shed up in one day...a 7m x 10.5m...they were awesome and very good value, a great bunch of hard working lads...so if you need a garage put up, these are your guys!

Consultation process was great, ordered an 18m x 15m shed, communication terrific, quality, accurate materials, extremely detailed accurate build instructions, great backup for tech questions. Would, and have, recommended them to others.

I purchased a 6x7m double garage for the price and the service was good but after assembling another shed the same design .l'm disappointed in the quality of product and thinking about not assembling my shed . We had to buy a better quality of screws.( a very poor quality product and very disappointed in Best Shed product )

Bought several sheds from here now and just got a carport.
Driver went out of way and made sure it was put in a great spot. Didn't just dump and run like most.
Quality steel and a great product.
Office was helpful as always and easy to deal with.

Can't fault the service. But it's what they don't tell you. Yes, the initial cost is less for the shed itself, but had to pay much more for the cement slab and footings. Construction is like doing a jigsaw without a picture. Most of it you have to guess, and the writing on the paperwork is so small you can't even read it with a magnifying glass. Very disappointing, Wally.

Couldn’t be happier with both the sales team and delivery guys. The sales person I spoke to over the phone was very helpful with designing my shed and was always willing to answer my questions. My shed was delivered at exactly the time it was organised to, and the whole kit arrived all packed up neatly so it was easy for the builder to find everything and get it built quickly. Very impressed!

In good faith paid deposit after information stating they have builders all ove QLD that would take care of permits and erection
After verbal quote sent written estimates to same truth was they don't have people everywhere and now erection cost was to be doubled plus appon receipt of deposit was a bid to receive money only nothing had been done and they don't get the order into the works untill it's paid in full how can we pay out thousands on the premise that council will approve but that's not nessesary the case then your out your deposit and your pay out figure with very little chance of return

The lady I dealt with was professional and prompt and helped me design the shed I had in mind as I had difficulty expressing what I wanted.

Delivery occurred on the date that was promised, and all the components were supplied as promised.
Not being an experienced builder I did call them a few times to clarify the build process, the answers were spot on.

Overall a smooth experience I would recommend.

Worst customer service. Terms and conditions on their 'promotions' are rubbish; ambiguous and misleading! You'd get better customer service out of a rock. Here's hoping the shed is of better quality than the customer service provided. 0 stars!!!!!!

I knew they were cheaper but i didn't know the steel was imported till my sheds colour started to flake and fade. Might be made in Australia, but ask where the steel comes from. Can't believe Wally is the face of this product.

Stopped before we started. Person I spoke to over the phone couldnt even tell me where their locations were?? I asked her to tell me locations in the Northern Rivers, and she said they have a list of suppliers; so I asked who was the closest to me.......she couldnt tell me! Think I'll find a company a little more 'together' to spend my money with.

I was hesitant in purchasing a shed which was the cheapest shed out of 3 quotes we received being from the market leaders Titan, Wide Span etc. I have had my shed for 6 months and could not be happier. Queensland staff are the most helpful bunch who have help myself and now my neighbours getting the shed they want and not being ripped off with high prices from other companies. I would recommended speaking with Jonathan or Lauren in the Queensland office as they know how to help.

Obviously was a bit nervous making such a big purchase without having seen the product myself, I was very happy with my best shed. They customer service people were great in helping supply additional information i required to get my Permit organised, and including the $700 delivery fee, the shed was about half the price I could get it anywhere locally. It arrived undamaged, and the guy unloading it made an effort to get it close to where i was building it and minimize the damage to my lawn. Also happily surprised with the Fasteners provided, they were brand name and there were plenty to do the job. I assembled the shed 12 months ago and love it.

If the steel is coated in south korea, how does that affect the water runoff over a period of time? The shed will be one of our main sources of drinking water. What is it coated with and is it safe to use for drinking water?
