Mine snapped around the 6 month mark and interestingly Bioflow put only a 6 month warranty on their silicone bands... How convenient for them.

The other con is that the retailer states you need to buy lots of magnesium spray for them to work at $30 a bottle!
Do they really work?

I guess they could work... if they lasted more then 5 days on my wrist! In the 6 months I've had mine, I've had 5 replacements. that could have been more if I didn't work away! The longest one lasting 2 weeks and the quickest one to break was 4 days! The magnet falls out every time!

I wouldn't waste my time until they make a whole mold of the product, no glued on back!

Contacted bioflow and have had no reply, they obviously dont value their customers

Looks like a common thread here. My magnet fell out as well. I have kept it on constantly since bought ( one year ago) and not happy with the design fault.
I was advised by Bioflow that it had a six month warranty and that silicon has a lifespan. Pity I wasn't advised of that at point of sale..

I've had One of their bracelets for about 3 yrs now, worn it all the time until the other day when the pin/link snapped. Realising it was past its warranty I took it to a bio flow stall in the shopping centre only to be told they can't fix them. Was told to take it to a jeweller. Well the jeweller couldn't fix it either. Very p.....d off because it was a $300 bracelet .. Sucked in once never again, next time I'll by a piece of real jewellery that can be fixed. Still not even sure if it helps as haven't felt any different since not wearing it.

I have had my sports band for 12 months and notice me a brown mark on my risk then the other night brown gel oozed out everywhere and I had to stop wearing it... I am disappointed it only lasted that amount of time for the price .. But I have definately noticed now I am not wearing it how much more joint pain I have

I had 3 and they all broke shortly after warrenty! Sure they could build it to las longer since they are not cheap at all!

I bought my husband a sports one he used it for about 18 months he said it hadn't really made any difference then one morning when he woke up it had oozed brown sticky stuff all over his arm. I am concerned if this stuff has now been harmful to him. Shocking product especially for the cost.

Mine lasted 4 months, the magnet fell out due to the bad construction, I got a replacement which lasted 2 months. They refused to replace it. The comment was: "we don't give lifetime guarantees.
Consumer protection states:" A replacement has the same warranty as the returned item"
Therefore they are breaking the law by making up their own rules.
They would be out of business if they replaced all the bad ones.
$ 75.00 is a crazy amount for such a poorly made magnet holder.
My advice, don't buy, it's not worth it!
I will be passing this on to the consumer protection board.

Appears to be a common thread here. Sports bracelets with the magnet falling out rendering it useless Bioflow must recognize they have a serious design fault here & appear to be making NO effort to rectify it?? Mine lasted 18 months so the only thing Bioflow offered was 10% of a new bracelet. Never again!

This product really works had mine for 7 years never taken it off. I have seen the dog collar, cat collar and the horse products (when they use to sell them) do amazing things on sick and injured animals. I no longer have back pain, I recover faster than before the bioflow and have more energy.

Had the gold plated pirouette bracelet that cost over $300 and the magnet rusted and the back of the bracelet at the magnet fell off. Bioflow are unable to replace the magnet and would only give me a 10% discount on a whole new bracelet i.e $30 off. I feel ripped off.
Bioflow should have replaced the bracelet as I was told the magnets last forever. Would stay clear of this money making venture as they give no service to buyers.

Got the sports model, the magnets worked relieving pain but after 12 months a sticky substance started oozing out, this is the adhesive used to glue the silicone housing over the magnet. Contacted the company and was informed they are aware of the fault, a redesign being done. BUT are still selling the product and my only recourse is to buy a new one no replacement but I could credit it to the more expensive range. Looks like an easy way of getting $70 annually in replacements or getting people to spend more.

Found reasonable results from it. I bought the sports model for its comfort and durability however the backing has broken and the magnet has fallen out.

For some people it works straight away, whilst for others it takes a little while to kick in. I am in the latter category, but I think simply because I chose I bracelet with only one magnet. After six week I started to feel relief to my arthritis to the point where surgery is now no longer necessary. So my advice: Be patient, t it does work.
