Can I take a second tablet if I'm still awake after 3 hours

Talk to your doctor or chemist but it did not work 4 me at all and l tried 2 or more tablets at the same time until l used up all the tablets in the bottle and l have very bad insomnia
I have to admit that I took a second one at 3 am and got up at 5 because I was just not getting to sleep going to see doctor

I can only speak for myself. I've taken two in one night before, and no problems.
I usually took 2 and it was very subtle but did work. I would only use it on nights I needed it.
Thank you. I have overdosed on Magnesium so desperate with my Restless Leg Syndrome I took 4 as 2 was not working. Woke up violently ill thought I was dying. Lasted four days!!! So I don t want to risk it. So thanks

is there any side effects for long term usage of Blackmores Valerian tablets?

I have been taking Valerian tablets on and off for the last few years and do not see any side effects. However it is best to ask your doctor about this.
