Loving my subscription. Always wonderfully surprised to receive books I’d choose myself, without having to source them. Have also gifted a subscription and my friend is loving the books they receive.

We used bookabuy some time ago and were left rather disappointed. The site took us all the way through to purchase and subsequently let us purchase a product. We received an email a few days later saying there had been an error and that we would have to pay around another $100 to get what we had purchased. Pretty disappointed that they had offered the product and then accepted our payment, only to then say it wasn’t valid. We won’t be using bookabuy again.

A great concept well executed. Customer focus and service are excellent. Book choices spot on. One very happy recipient. Could only be improved by offering a discount to returning customers.

Have had Bookabuy for over a year now and couldn't be happier. Their accuracy in choosing books I would enjoy and tea to match is excellent. They're also great at customer service, super helpful.

I chose a year of crime as a gift and the recipient experienced a surprise each month. The curated books were of high quality and each were a satisfying read. The books arrived on time and always packaged with care. It was a great experience for both the recipient and me the gift giver.

I’ve been receiving bookabuy for over 18 months. And as someone who reads 60 odd books a year & has 200 in her to read bookcase someone they always nail it. They’re the best! I only wish I could subscribe to more. It’s my favourite time of the most. If you’re considering it, stop just do it. x

Bookabuy was so careful to pay attention to the books they should avoid when I ordered a subscription for my mother. The books were beautifully wrapped and arrived at monthly intervals. What a treat!

I was able to read some great books that I would not have otherwise picked up.
However, I think a feedback system where you can review the book that was sent would help to ensure satisfaction with further reads.

This is the third year of subscribing to Bookabuy and what a fantastic service it is. Really easy to set up the subscription and their selections for the genres I specified are excellent. It was originally purchased so I could try some new authors and it has exceeded expectations. There is something really special about receiving the Bookabuy parcel in the letter box each month! The choices are always appropriate genre for my taste ( I was asked to explain what I enjoy). They are recent publications.
They provide lovely bookmarks and sustainable wrapping! I keep the string! My subscription was a perfect gift from someone who knows my love of reading.

Bookabuy isn’t a pretty good service if you enjoy reading books and are able to read them quickly. Having a book delivered that you may not have looked at before was really good and allowed me to explore new titles. The cost is the only issue I have as I can not afford $30+ per book. If cost is not an issue than the ease of having a new book at your door every month through bookabuy may be for you!

I have used this for two presents now and both recipients have loved it. The books delivered were suited to the preferences I put in. Will definitely use bookabuy again!
