I forgot to order a math textbook. I sent in another order few days prior to the start of school and it was received very promptly just in time. Thank you!

Great service and delivery - my only complaint is that each student's orders attract a delivery fee and you can't bundle your delivery fee even if multiple orders (ordered on the same date) are being sent to the same address.

Great service and quick delivery. I ordered a couple of items for my child beginning year 11 this year in January and they arrived still before he was due to start school.

Even though I was late with my order - we have recieved everything before the kids need to go back to school. Would be great to be able to combine postage !!

Ordered books one week before the start of school and didn't expect to get them it time. Books were delivered (to a rural location) within five working days. Great Service.

Easy, timely, no fuss, life saver at the end of holidays to press button, go and be organised in one area of life! I know they are located in Artarmon so if I get time I can easily just drive in and park and pick anything else up I need but online is the best.

My first attempt at ordering online for two sets of high school stationery and texts. Everything accounted for. Delivery time, perfect, given a public holiday was smack in the middle.

the order has still not been received - false tracking number - well past the date - the order has not been delivered - school is back - have contacted customer service - n not very good is it?

I feel like this is a very good app that makes it easier for parents to organise our kids accessories for school saves a lot of time and ground work

Left placing our order until late but had great turnaround time. Missing a pencil in our order. A little disappointed it wasn't double checked. Previously has been a good experience with campion though

File ($17:95) broken rings because text books packed inside file. Maths text book ($88.95) cover damaged by broken file rings. Multiple calls to Campion. Cut off after 16 minutes on hold. On hold again for 15 mins. Told 2 days ago I would be refunded cost of file "right now". 2 days later and no refund on credit card. Will have to call again. Very disappointing.

Using Campion to place our text book orders was awesome!! It was easy to order and was a veery quick delivery!! This made life easy with no stress at the beginning of the school year!!

Waiting in parcel collection line for over 40mins. 1 person serving as opposed to 4 serving in self serve. Absolutely bad management of situation. So much for ordering online for easy and fast pick up.

Happy with the turnaround time, ordered books Friday afternoon before long weekend Australia day and ready for pickup Tuesday. Quick and easy online, no hassle to line up or find myself, staff are great!

My daughter had a subject change, requiring two books to be returned and a new order for an electronic resource for the new subject, it was no trouble dealing with Campion.

Happy with ordering turnaround and ability to have books delivered or to pick them up.
At the pick up location staff are incredibly busy serving customers but seem to handle it and process efficiently.
