I foregot to ask when I may receive my 1st magazine, so at the risk of being a pain in the backside I would appreciate an indication when,please . Thank you - you don't need to worry about

I needed to follow up on a subscription for an elderly gentlemen who was worried about not receiving his first magazine even though I told him the website said 10 to 13 weeks. The lady I spoke to was happy to follow this up for me and he in fact did receive his first issue that same day. They are very helpful and happy to assist.

I organised two magazine subscriptions for my elderly mum as a birthday surprise. However, in conversation before her birthday and before magazine delivery, she told me she didn't think much of a particular magazine, preferring another. Guess which one I had selected? But no problem, after one telephone call to isubscribe's helpful receptionist, I was able to switch to the preferred magazine. So easy! Next time, I'll be giving myself a subscription! From a bad experience to a good one!

Through work i was rewarded a magazine subscription for some of the hard work i have done, which i was excited about recieving. However after a few weeks i had not recieved it nor had i recieved confirmation on when i would. Then stepped in Lucy! Lucy was polite and happy to look into the matter for me which she then resolved and also sent me two copies of the magizine i would have missed! Lucy your a superstar!

I bought a magazine subscription for my daughter for Christmas. After receiving the gift she politely advised this type of magazine was of no interest to her. I asked isubscribe if I could change to a different one. They did not supply the magazine I was wanting so they offered a full refund which I accepted. All communications were prompt, efficient and friendly.

Personal and excellent customer service

I had to change the delivery address for 2 magazines for my granddaughters. After initially being unable to phone isubscribe (Christmas period?) I finally contacted Juliet. She not only emailed me back and took all corrected details, she contacted the magazines and then sent their replies on to me letting me know what she had done and what they had said also giving dates of expected delivery etc. A personal and friendly touch.

Hi Sue, we don't offer rewards in Australia but do offer Fly Buys in NZ. In Australia we have value add promotions wen you purchase. There are value add bonuses in most categories for things like wine, homewares etc. We also have a discount voucher on any 'thankyou' product at the moment. But keep an eye out for rewards at isubscribe in the near future. I hope that helps.
