Grace was so helpful and persistent in dealing with an error by the publishers of the magazines to which I subscribe. She kept me well informed during the two months it took the publishers to acknowledge they were in error. If only the magazine publishers were as efficient as Grace.

Thank goodness we got there in the end

After 3 different customer service personnel we finally got things sorted with a very happy boy being abe to read his copies of wacky but true mag. This mag is great for children with plenty of facts, maths and fun things to do but I wonder if it was wrapped in and envelope or paper it would have a better chance of being delivered. I know he wants a renewal but after all the trouble we had getting the issues I am hesitant to reorder but dont know a newsagent or book shop that stocks it locally so will try again.
A big thank you to Lucy she was a great help in resolving this issue even thoug it took sometime she never gave up on us.

I needed to follow up on a subscription for an elderly gentlemen who was worried about not receiving his first magazine even though I told him the website said 10 to 13 weeks. The lady I spoke to was happy to follow this up for me and he in fact did receive his first issue that same day. They are very helpful and happy to assist.

I organised two magazine subscriptions for my elderly mum as a birthday surprise. However, in conversation before her birthday and before magazine delivery, she told me she didn't think much of a particular magazine, preferring another. Guess which one I had selected? But no problem, after one telephone call to isubscribe's helpful receptionist, I was able to switch to the preferred magazine. So easy! Next time, I'll be giving myself a subscription! Hi Sue, we don't offer rewards in Australia but do offer Fly Buys in NZ. In Australia we have value add promotions wen you purchase. There are value add bonuses in most categories for things like wine, homewares etc. We also have a discount voucher on any 'thankyou' product at the moment. But keep an eye out for rewards at isubscribe in the near future. I hope that helps.
