For the money you would expect something, it certainly does the job. The main selling points for me were the safety features, an automatic shutoff when the drill bit jambs and trigger speed to allow a slow accurate start and total control.

Bosch have a cheaper "blue" but it is in a lighter class, this heavy-weight monster is easier to use up a ladder than the light ones that you have to lean against.

Might not be a great "buy" but it's great to use.... :)
