I bought this one five years ago it was good for me
But since then it stopped working and always the red sensor light turned on without any reason
So what should I do?
Hello, My Bosch Relaxx'x has stopped working alrtogether after falling downstairs.
Before, I had the same problem as everyone els--ie. it just stopped every 60 seconds, even though the filters were clean.
Now, when I press the ON button, nothing happens?
Any ideas?

Since last week the power cord will not pull out past 3.5metres. Retraction is fine. Any ideas?
