Not impressed

published

Not great for the price I paid for it. It's okish when it works. But it works rarely. We are currently undergoing a full house renovation and the vaccum can't handle it. It can't handle the dust, it always stops to self clean or sensor control or whatever it is. To stop it from frequently stopping we always have to empty it out, even then that doesn't help. The vaccum will randomly just stop sucking up dust and you need to shake it to get it to work again. Also the cord is useless. It won't wind itself up, only winds back up if I force it.
Not happy at all with this vaccum. It's rather useless.

Purchased in February 2021.

Just awesome & very quiet

published

I have never thought that it might be so quiet vacuum cleaner. I was simply shocked when I switched it on for the first time.

Using it on tiles and carpet with no issues.
Washable container is very big -- perfectly fit our house. Vacuum is also big so might be not very handy for someone.
Long power cord is good addition. And cord's retractor works fine.

A bit expensive. We expected to buy something cheaper at the beginning.

Purchased in September 2021 at Harvey Norman.

Don’t recommend for asthmatics

published

Don’t recommend for asthmatics, emptying and cleaning filter is dirty and the fact you have to shake the filter clean you breath in and swallow a lot of dust, then have to change your clothes, wash the container and all the outside of the filter. The rubber around the nozzle on the ground that sucks goes sticky and collects all the hair and dust ect. Constantly flashes the sensor light and stops regardless of no blockage and everything clean. High maintenance and Disappointed for its price.

Excellent vacuum.

published

The vacuum sucks very well. It is so quiet that at first I thought it wouldn't take much dirt in, but it does. It is very easy to put the automatic retracting cord in and pack away in the cupboard. Emptying the dirt requires nothing but tipping into the bin & rinsing out with water.

Very disappointed

published

I purchased this vacuum in October 2015 because I wanted a vacuum that was good for timber floors and worked well. From 6 months onwards it stops working and the red light to clean comes on. It now does not work, and filters cleaned and blown out, and I’ve found out that this seems to be a very common problem.
I still have a Kirby I bought 13 years ago that I’ve only ever had the lead replaced, and still works great to this day on the first floor of our house and does our cars too.
The Bosch is just a bulky as a Kirby and is hard to navigate throughout rooms and the cord does not retract easily either.

Fantastic vacuum

published

The vacuum has amazing suction, to the point that you don't have to have it on max power which makes it incredibly quiet. On the low settings you can almost vacuum while people are sleeping, emptying canister is easy. Only con is that you have to spin the dust filter dial every 1-2 rooms to maintain suction (as it picks up a lot of dust)

Hello, My Bosch Relaxx'x has stopped working alrtogether after falling downstairs.
Before, I had the same problem as everyone els--ie. it just stopped every 60 seconds, even though the filters were clean.
Now, when I press the ON button, nothing happens?
Any ideas?
