Hi our Bosch relax is continually self cleaning then turns off even after filter has been cleaned An washed what could be the problem plz?

Call customer service and get a new filter. When you wash the filter make sure you wash just the external part, no soap or detergent, no brushing dirt off. It takes more than 24h to dry. I have one
I got something stuck in the top part of the vacuum and can't get it out is there a way to take off the black piece to grab it?

Hi I have a Bosch Runnin sensor vacuum
The red sensor comes on and rpm drops
I have pulled it apart and cleaned all filters including the sponge filter

is there a way to unscrew the hose if it snaps and then screw it back in? or do I need to buy a whole new hose assembly?
