28 litres Everything you want to know about it is in the user manual. Type the name of the oven into Google with the model number and 'user manual' and it'll all be there for you.

We have just bought the Breville Toast & Roast Pro . My question is what function do you need to use when cooking frozen food like chicken kiev or chips? we used the bake function but it didn't seem to keep the food hot once it was cooked.

Why are the 2 bar elements stopped working in our breville lov560? We have only had it for about 4 months.
1 answer
Take it back to the merchant. We had to return a different model of Breville as the door was faulty and there was no quibble about our returning it. We ordered and waited for the Breville Smart Oven Pro which we use daily, sometimes several times, and seldom use out built-in double oven now.

I’m trying to decide between this and the smart oven. Does the fan only come on when it’s on “grill with fan” or on bake too? I mostly bake cakes and really want a fan when baking. The smart oven does but, being smaller, can only bake one cake at a time and I want one where I can use both shelves.

The specs say this oven is across the front, 308.5mm wide? x 415mm high and 510mm deep.
Looking at the pictures surely this is totally wrong?
Can someone confirm the actual dimensions?
2 answers
Measured mine yesterday: 510 wide x 309 high x 415 deep are the correct external dimensions, and this includes the handle in the depth measurement. The approximate useable internal dimensions are 330 wide x 210 high x 320 deep.
Thanks

The fan is quite loud and i've noticed it makes rattling/clicking sounds. Is this normal?
2 answers
The fan on our model is fairly noticeable (although not much noisier than our conventional underbench fan-forced oven); but it makes a steady 'whirring' type of noise, and it has never made any rattling or clicking sounds. Seems like there could be something wrong with the fan in your oven – e.g. maybe it has gone out of balance, or something has come loose in the mechanism? Taking it back to where it was purchased for repair/replacement would probably be the best thing to do, especially if it is still under warranty.
Mine doesn’t, apart from what I call a normal level of noise, so yes I would get it checked out.

Can vegetables be cooked while rotissering a chicken ?.
2 answers
Just consider this appliance as a benchtop oven. It will cook what ever fits in it like a regular oven would.
yes, but the rotisserie setting only turns the top heating elements on, so they will cook but a lot slower than you would expect. If you are aware of that and adjust the cooking time to suit it should be fine.
