Car Service - Fault Diagnosis & Repair - Excellent
Previously I have used Bridgestone Ferntree Gully to replace my tyres. I was satisfied with the service and price at that time.
Today, I had the car serviced, several faults with the car were diagnosed and fixed (broken oxygen sensor, leak in washer bottle hose, air con bearing replaced, faulty radiator cap replaced).
I booked the service at short notice, the day before, as the check engine light had started to come on.
I dropped the car off at 9am and needed it back at 3pm so I could do the school pick-up.
They did a great job, fixed my c...
Great service!
I had 2 tyres needing replacement. Although the tyres I wanted weren't in stock, Kyle had them in at 10:00am the next day (I was in there at 3:30pm!!) and called to let me know. 30 mins later, the tyres were on and good to go. Highly recommend these guys. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Good Service
I had four new tyres fitted plus a wheel alignment at Bridgestone Select, Belmont, today and the service and courtesy was excellent. The job was completed promptly while I waited in their clean office/showroom and the total price of $366.00 was cheaper than I had expected. The wheel alignment cost only $49.00. I was very pleased all round.
Brigdestone Select Cost $40.00 to repair a simple Puncher

Bridgestone select Camperdown
I booked my van in for a full service including brakes and timing belt 2 weeks prior to actually getting the work done as they said they were too busy. I was under the impression that the work would be completed in a day (I know it's totally possible) but they said it would take 2 days.
On the second day the van had been there I called to see how it was going. The response was that I wouldn't be getting it back today as they had to wait for the timing belt to arrive but they taken everything apart and it would cost over $2500. I nearly choked ...

Bridgestone Select Beaconsfield
Had a set of RE050A fitted and a wheel alignment check done at the same time. I was quoted $80 for the alignment but only paid $59 as "they didn't need to adjust the rear." Not many people would do this, just charge the full amount. The car was ready well within the time given and the service was very good.
Speed of service and explanation of all charges on invoice.

Stay away from Bridgestone Select Philip (Canberra)
I bought a car service voucher offered by Bridgestone Select from Livingsocial. The service was stated to be a major service valued at $630.
I happily left the car early in the morning at Bridgestone Select Philip, which is close to my home, and then received a call around lunch time from the shop manager saying that all 4 tyres and air filter needed to be replaced. I agreed to have the air filter changed for additional $55, but not the tyres since I knew at most only two tyres would need new ones. I collected the car after work. When the m...
Read moreanager keyed in the service items into the computer, he had trouble of finding what services had been completed. This raised my suspicion that some jobs listed on the receipt might not have been done. After I got home, I opened the air filter box for an inspection and shockingly I found that the air filter box was still full of leaves and dirt and the air filter did not look like new. The windscreen wiper fluid was not topped up. The following day, I drove the car to the service workshop in Philip and questioned the Manager about the air filter. As expected, he did not admit that the air filter was not changed and showed me a very filthy air filter (Repco brand), which he claimed to be the replaced filter from my car. I told him that the car was serviced previously by Toyota (my car is a Camry) and the filter could not be possibly from my car. In addition, his excuse for the dirty air filter box was that the vaccum in the workshop was not working. Of course, I did not believe him. I contacted his manager, at Autoco (also in Philip; Bridgestone Select Philip is under the managent of Autoco Philip) and complained about the poor services. They were not helpful at all. As for the tyres, I took the car to Costco and was told that only two tyres needed to be changed. Clearly, Bridgestone Select Philip were wrong about about the condition of the tyres. My advice: Do not have your car serviced and tyres changed by Bridgestone Select Philip. Unreliable. Poor service.Find out how Bridgestone Select compares to other Vehicle Accessories & Parts Shops
