When i found my rocal Bridgestone, Ellenbrook WA, they were friendly and nice. I started using them more than changing tyres . I regularly went there for my car service. I had heard breaks bad noise from front so i asked them to do check. I DIDNT ask to do anything rear breaks but they changed both sides, break pads and shoes. Guess what? After that, i had a good to put up with terrible big bad noises from both breaks. I went back to 4 or 5 times to complain about tbis noise . They put break discs front .

I waited one and a half hours to have 4 new tyres fitted and wheel alignment at Bridgestone select at Brookvale Sydney NSW. Alloy mag wheels were clean when I took the vehicle in and filthy after the new tyres were fitted. My metal VW valve caps got replaced with the common black plastic ones (got the metal ones returned after a couple of days) also front and rear offside mag wheels had scrapes, either from tools to remove/fit tyres or hitting a curb when taken for a test drive. Good price for tyres. Very poor service. Don't think I'll be using them again.

Bridgestone Select in Edmonton has outstanding customer service and are extremely honest and fair in their prices. These wonderful people offer a full range of mechanical services and I have had my car serviced multiple time and will keep coming back, it is so nice to be able to drop off an automobile and not worry about being taken advantage of. Please do yourself a favor and take your vehicle here, I promise you you wont regret it!!!

Called Bridgestone to enquire about the price of 4 tyres on my car. Their 4 for the price of 3 deal meant they beat all competitors by a country mile.
To top it off, they could do it the very next day.
They were helpful and friendly when I dropped the car in, and did the job in the time it took the kids and I to wander up to maccas for a coffee.
Support the local guy, it’s definitely worth it.

Just had my Chrysler 300C serviced. Work completed on time at the quoted price. Easy guys to deal with...answered my enquiries...gave me confidence that the work would be carried out to manufacturers specifications.

I visited this location yesterday after suffering a puncture the night before while dropping a friend to the airport. After a friendly greeting the technician made a quick assessment of the damaged tyre in the boot and I was informed that unfortunately the tyre was not repairable, so a replacement would be required. I opted to get both front tyres replaced as a pair as they were going to need replacing within 6 months anyway.

The price I was quoted for the tyres was reasonable and they were fitted and a wheel alignment carried out in 20 min...

From the time I called their Rowville store, to them emailing there quote, to booking my ford territory in for new tyres, the whole experience was excellent, they drove me home while they fitted my new tyres, picking me up at home to go pick up my car, they were very professional, friendly and informative, I would recommend them to anyone . The price was very competitive. Congratulations Debbie and your team, I will be recommending you guys to my friends, simply flawless in every way.

Went to the Robina store to get rear brakes and discs fixed along with a new bulb in the headlight in my Mercedes. Can't fault the service. Myles on the desk is very friendly. I called up and he gave me a very reasonable quote. They got me in straight away and had my car back in no time. Would highly recommend. Bec.

Very disappointed with Bridgestone Select Fountain Gate. I booked in a strip and fit for a new set of unmarked alloys in May 2017. They parked my car in the car park afterwards and I didn't notice until I got home that they had taken a large chip out of one of them. They have not returned my phone calls or messages so it looks like I'm stuck with it. An expensive and very poor experience overall.

Sometimes it's hard being a woman and going into car places when you need help, but not at Bridgestone Wollongong. For customer service alone I will use these guys. I purchased under the 4 for 3 deal, a great deal with better quality tyres. The manager Steve was brilliant, with a super busy shop and the phone going multiple times, he conducted a fine juggling act. He was professional, courteous and used a little humour to keep all waiting in a good mood. He explained clearly why a wheel alignment was a good idea, there was no hard pressure sale...

After getting the wheel alignment done and tyres balanced, I noticed a week or so later that one of the wheel nuts was missing from one of the wheels.
When I went in to tell them, the guy sarcastically said he would go through the CCTV cameras and that all the nuts are torqued up. He told me to go next door to supercheap auto and buy a nut for $5 then walked off.
A bit of an inconvenience, having to buy a pack of 4 wheel nuts for $10, considering they were at fault. I won't be doing business with Bridgestone select in Baldivis again.

After seeing some advertisements for Bridgestone I was more then happy to go down and have a look for myself some options towards a new set of tyres. The young lads were quite busy on the day and asked if I could wait two hours which I was more then happy to do. I bought four new tyres 8 months ago at Philip Bridgestone 8,000km later two are bald and needed replacing. Wheel alignment was way out. I don't think they even did it. Many conversations with Bridgestone petered out when they didn't finally ring me back. The hint was that I had hit a pot hole. Not exactly customer service. Won't be a return customer.

I just wanted my front wheels balanced. First they didn't have a suitable socket for a factory holden wheel nut, then didn't know where to look in the boot to use the one for the vehicle - at this point I should have known they had no idea what they were doing. Then they jacked the car up from both sides using the transmission cross member - bending it and moving the transmission closer to the floor. After the wheels were balanced and I drove away the transmission was hitting the floor going over bumps and braking so I took it straight back. T...

I bought a $195 brochure with the same spiel a lot of other people here have reported... "Hi, we're trying to get more people to our local store". This brochure entitles you to all these things (listed on the brochure) free of charge - you only pay for parts and oil... I don't have the energy to report the whole thing, but after the most expensive "minor service" I've ever had, I will not EVER be returning to Bridgestone and have told everyone I know about this giant scam they are operating... Clearly it's Australia wide as evidenced by some of the previous reviews here.
I also took my receipt to 3 other yards and showed them the 'deal' I got. All 3 told me they were, "Sorry".

Experienced great service from the team at Bridgestone Select in Cannington WA. Store hasn't been open long however the service was well tuned. My Mercedes's was a recent purchase and their advice and products matched my expectation and immediate needs. I was really pleased with Steve and the Crew at Bridgestone and enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee on arrival. Can definitely recommend them.

I had my car serviced today at Bridgestone Select Harbour Town, on Brisbane Road, and they were superb. Excellent price, good service and attention to detail.

I dropped my car off at 8am, they went through the manufacturer's recommendations for the kilometres I have chalked up, showed me what needed to be done, I added a couple of things such as tyre rotation, they gave me a price, they dropped me back home, phoned me when it was ready, came to pick me up, and then went through everything that had been done and not one cent more than quoted....

Dropped my car off at Bridgestone select on a Saturday morning after installing coilovers for new tyres and a wheel alignment.

Debbie, Stuart and Luke were extremely helpful. They pointed out that the cars coilovers were not made for the specific model and therefore the car was un-drivable for the time being. The car has been sitting and their store for nearly a week now and after numerous issues they were able to resolve each and every one of them, except the coilovers since it is out of their hands.

I took my 5 year old Mazda3 here as it wasn't starting. I was told that there was "low compression" in the engine and they either needed to put a second-hand engine in (costing $2,500) or take the engine out to repair it (costing $3,500).

Bought a lifetime tyre rotation and wheel alignment from a dealership in suburban Sydney with confirmation that it could be used at any Bridgestone store. Moved interstate, and as soon as we booked the car in for rotation and alignment at new outlets (tried 2), got full resistance both times and lifetime of tyres rotation and alignment not honoured or accepted at these other Bridgestone dealerships, including a Bridgestone Select.

Couldn't be more pleased with service from B Select Springfield. I took my Hyundai Getz to them to have repairs, oil changes and inspection. They are very friendly and helpful explaining what needs doing and that the repairs can be done at a later date which I thought so too instead of spending all in one go.

Excellent service that they worked on my car, I would use them again for services when other mechanic workshop can be lazy and charges more. I'm recommending the Springfield B Select

A marketing guy sold us a service package about 2 months ago for $169. He told us this include labour for 2 minor services and a major one. We just have to pay parts, engine oil etc which should only cost $60-80. They got this promotion as they want to get some business for the newly established store. I booked a service last week and got a quote which ended up costing even more than the dealer. I am so getting it refunded. What a fraud!
