Lifetime wheel alignment on tyres not being honoured at other stores.
Bought a lifetime tyre rotation and wheel alignment from a dealership in suburban Sydney with confirmation that it could be used at any Bridgestone store. Moved interstate, and as soon as we booked the car in for rotation and alignment at new outlets (tried 2), got full resistance both times and lifetime of tyres rotation and alignment not honoured or accepted at these other Bridgestone dealerships, including a Bridgestone Select.

Excellent Service at Bridgestone Select @ Springfield, QLD 4300
Couldn't be more pleased with service from B Select Springfield. I took my Hyundai Getz to them to have repairs, oil changes and inspection. They are very friendly and helpful explaining what needs doing and that the repairs can be done at a later date which I thought so too instead of spending all in one go.
Excellent service that they worked on my car, I would use them again for services when other mechanic workshop can be lazy and charges more. I'm recommending the Springfield B Select
Great service and great value
Always great service, always friendly. I always purchase my tyres there and always a great price.
They care about the clients.

Total fraud- WA Kingsway Bridgestone
A marketing guy sold us a service package about 2 months ago for $169. He told us this include labour for 2 minor services and a major one. We just have to pay parts, engine oil etc which should only cost $60-80. They got this promotion as they want to get some business for the newly established store. I booked a service last week and got a quote which ended up costing even more than the dealer. I am so getting it refunded. What a fraud!
And the reception lady is not a nice person to talk to. Rude and impatient. She advised without this so c...

wonderful service from B Select Northlakes
Couldn't be more pleased with service from B Select Northlakes. I took my ford ute to them to have repairs done to steering, they kindly dropped me home so I didn't have to wait around. Got a call a little while later to say that the problem had been fixed and didn't need new parts as expected. They saved me about $600. I have had further servicing done to my car again with excellent service. Special thanks to Scott at front desk.

Bridgestone Fountain Gate - excellent
Found them to be professional and helpful.
Explained everything to me clearly before they performed the service on the car. Helpful and informative.
Went back last weekend for tyres and they were awesome! In and out in just 2 hours! Boom!
Will go back for sure.

Bridgestone Select Edwardstown are the best
After taking my M Series Mercedes and my Volvo XC90 to a range of ;'specialist' and paying huge fees to have them repaired only to end up with crappy service I took my cars to Bridgestone Select Edwardstown.
They serviced both cars, and replaced four tyres did the brakes on one cart and I had a range of other service and wear and tear things repaired on both cars and came out with change out of $1500. Normally one service at one of the 'specialists' costs over $100. These guys were professional, and didn't treat me like an idiot.

-Normal service, air filter, oil change blah blah..fix one punctured tyre - $385 (no new tyre in the end)
-they said without voucher would be $560+
-pay for door salesman voucher $160 (use up more than half the criteria in one service).
Verdict: complete rip off! in the end i paid 160+385 = $540
Bad! Bad! Bad!
Took my car for new tyres and wheel alighnment. $680 later the car vibrates throuht the steering column at or near 100KPH. Took the car back 4 times no resolution. The manager took the car for a spin and came back saying that he detected a "slight' Vibration at 80kph. Crap!
Will never go there again.

Bridgestone at SANDGATE QLD....Wouldnt take a push bike near them!
I wouldn't take a push bike there after what they did to us. In early October 2015 we went for a simple minor service & was told we needed a timing chain as it "apparently" fell apart in his hands.... We thought ok we dont have much choice as it didn't now have a timing chain & had to get it done, we need our car..... $4500 & 1 month later we still didn't have a properly functioning car. They sent us away with errors coming up & burning smells. RACQ were called to take it back to them again.... Turns out they did some major damage replacing the...
Read more chain & after much threats of lawyers to the head office it was finally taken to the Albany Creek Bridgestone tyres store where it was supposedly fixed. Its 24th December 2015 & we are looking for another mechanic to fix our car as it is still not working right! We never had a problem with our car until Bridgestone touched it! Be warned they don't know what they are doing!!!! I'm disgusted with the service & treatment we received, if i could give you NEGATIVE stars you wouldn't be able to count the amount i would score you! We've since learnt that you cannot access a thing chain during a minor service, so how it fell apart in his hands is another lie. This store is still operating & we've heard many others who's car have been damaged thanks to them!- 2 reviews

The service was fantastic. They said our vehicle would be ready in 2 hours and it was ready almost to the minute. Their attitude was delightful.

Always excellent service at Ferntree Gully.
The service here is excellent. I have found the staff there to always be friendly & helpful, & prices are affordable for tyres & also tyre repairs. This morning I called asking about a tyre repair, was booked in straight away & the tyre repaired very quickly. They also provide a coffee machine which is a nice touch. Highly recommended!

Bridgestone Doreen- Fantastic Management & Team
Exceptional Service, Honest, Will Go The Extra Mile & The Store Manager Nick Is Fantastic!! Really Knows How To Satisfy The Customer. Have Been Twice Now And Will Be Back For Many More Visits!!
Excellent service and advice
Existing tyres, supplied from the same outlet, were almost at the end of their life after 50000 kms. Replaced all 4 with new tyres and shifted the best existing one to the boot as the spare replacing an original 15 year old tyre which we were advised would be unsafe even if legal to use on the road - great safety advice.

Bridgestone Wollongong give excellent car repair service
Bridgestone Wollongong staff are always helpful, friendly, accommodating with booking in and prompt in informing you what's going on. They give great car service, the work is excellent and good value compared to other local workshops. They have always been on time, and have never been averse to dropping me off or picking me up from the shopping centre.
The worst experience ever
I serviced my car and did a transmission service at Bridgestone fountain gate and am sorry to say but I will not trust them ever. The mechanics are untrained and certified my car brakes to be okay when they were not and even after me going back 3 times after the service they still could not fix my problem. So $550 later I had to get my car serviced again at another dealer
Not a great job
Went in for an oil change/engine flush and new tyres. I asked them to use the flush that I had in the boot and they said that they had used it. When I looked at the fluid levels in the bottle they clearly didn't use it despite charging me for it. I am also pretty sure they used a thinner oil than what is recommended for my Nissan. They put the tyres on so that's what the two starts are for.
Edit: They also appear to have dodged me on the coolant as I went in for a coolant flush and refill, they barely put any coolant in as it's no where near t...
These guys are brilliant...
I picked up a nail in my (expensive) rear tyre yesterday (Friday) afternoon while in the Yarra Valley and rang the boys at 4.30pm to ask if I could drop in for a fix. They close at 5pm.
Without hesitation they said 'no worries'.
I arrived at just before 5 and I was on my way again all sorted 20 mins later.
Brilliant customer service from Russell, Chris and the team at BS FTG. These guys rock!

Worse of its kind
We were approached by their rep, and prepaid "VIP maintenance package". This is a load of rubbish. The mechanic onsite was rude, agitated wasn't interested in my so called package. My own mechanic is so much better, it's just that he doesn't carry a fancy brand label
"WoW" the best customer service & Auto servicing I have had for many years!!!!!
When a young chap came around selling VIP Servicing with a no labour fee,at the New Victoria Park store, I thought that I would give it a go.
WOW I was so impressed, real people with real smiles, they made me feel very special, remembered everyone's name and were so polite, and explained everything in detail, regarding the servicing of my car.
So if you want the best service all round go to Victoria Park service centre and see Justin.
Many thanks everyone for the best service ever.

Services not supplied, while payment forwarded (Few years ago) Bridgestone Select, Ipswich
I had a lady come to the door, selling a special voucher, that would give me free labour for all services at Bridgestone Select Ipswich. I thought this was a fantastic deal, and it sounded too good to be true. She explained, when questioned, that it was an grand opening special, and it was a marketing venture designed to drum up business within Ipswich.
I had taken my car to Bremer Ford about a week before this, and I had a concise list and quote of every item of mechanical work that my car needed. I didn't like the price from the local F...
Read moreord dealer, so I decided to take it to Bridgestone instead. They gave the vehicle a full inspection and agreed with the list Ford had given them, with only one addition, of the brakes. They claimed that the brakes needed machining of the discs, and the callipers rebuilt. The biggest item was the rear diff bush, of which they charged me $500. I had my diff bush done twice at this shop all together, (3 months apart), or so I thought... Yes, that's $1000 total for the same vehicle problem. The car had 76,000km on the clock. I had also ordered a flush and filter change of the Automatic transmission. Out of shear frustration, I took it to another mechanic. I gave him a list of everything that had been done to the car, including the full vehicle service history, (it's a one owner car and I always keep the log book updated). He said leave it with me and I'll call you back when I've done the inspection. So, I left, but it hadn't even been 5 minutes when he called me back urgently. Upon my return, he showed me that the diff bush had NEVER been changed in the life of the vehicle. He showed me where they had pumped a whole heap of silicone into the cavity left by the deteriorated bush. He also showed me a vehicle that he had completed a diff centre bush change on only the day before. He showed me where the normal scoring from tools used for the procedure would be, and weren't on my car. He also showed me the brake callipers. He pointed out the original sealing boots on the pistons and stated had not been rebuilt. The fluid had not been flushed either, as the grime on the bleeder nuts had not been disturbed in a very long time. He also showed me the lip on the outside of the brake discs that was evidence that no machining of any kind was conducted. He also showed me the condition of the automatic transmission fluid. He put a hose in the filler hole and with a small hand pump on it and sucked some out to show me. It was brown. He said, "look I can drop the gearbox sump and have a proper look", but he suggested that this hadn't been done either. The tyres, (which were 6 months old), had deteriorated from not having ever been rotated. Upon inspection he said the toe was well and truly out, to the point that the car was almost pigeon toed. The camber on the driver's side was also different to the acceptable vehicle specification. He did say though, that the ball joint on that side needed replacing and may have attributed to this, but he didn't think to such a large degree. He also checked the spark plugs and the engine oil, air cleaner filter, and the oil filter which were the only things that had been changed. I will never ever return to this place of business, and am very embarrassed to tell the story of how I got not only ripped off by Bridgestone Select Ipswich, but taken to the cleaners. I'm the customer that uses word of mouth to settle things when I've been wronged.Very Disappointing service local Sprinfgfield Store
I decided to give support to the local store and went in for a tyre repair. There were 3 workers standing the workshop and totally ignored my entrance into the reception area until I went out to the them. Then [name removed] comes in gives me a quote and I give the go ahead. Caused more problems - potential damage
I'm still shocked that I paid Bridgestone to waste my time and cause potential damage to my car.
I went to the Blacktown store on Third Ave for a wheel alignment on Tuesday 31st March.
Immediately after the alignment, I heard knocking sounds in my front right wheel. I took it back to the store on Sat 19th April. They claimed to find nothing wrong with it. I drove away and started hearing rattling sounds in addition to the knocking. It was too late to go back as the store had closed at 1pm.
I took the car home and found that the front ...
Read morewheel appeared loose and moved when shook. I couldn't find a mechanic open on the weekend and was scared to drive the car. I took Monday 20th April off work to take the car back to Bridgestone and tell them what was happening. The mechanic said, and I quote, "looked over it and couldn't find anything". We then went for a drive (with the mechanic) and he admitted he could still hear the rattling and said "your shock absorbers may need replacing soon, come back when the noise gets worse and we will replace them". He then said "IT IS SAFE TO DRIVE".- 4 reviews

Excellent Service at Bridgestone select @ Oakleigh F/T gully rd.
Had 4 tyres replaced on my Mitsubishi Lancer this morning. Was very pleased with the service offered, Tony at the front desk was excellent, must say it was a pleasure dealing with him. They offered me a competitive price on the tyres and also found an issue with the front end and provided a reasonable quote for the repairs. The free coffee was a bonus! ; )
Free Wheel Alignment Means No Wheel Alignment at Bridgestone Select Albany Creek?
Recently had four new tyres fitted to my Ford Falcon.
I was fortunate enough to have a shopper docket offering a free wheel alignment.
After the alignment was completed, I was advised that one of the steering ball joints required replacement. I was also quoted about $140.00 to do the repair.
I took the car to my usual mechanical repairer who I have used for 15 years to get a service done and the ball joint repaired. I also had the wheel alignment done again by him after replacing the ball joint. He advised that the alignment was that far out...
