Don't try to return items
I attempted to return an item to the Aspley store, the item didn't fit my car correctly. The staff member basically called me a liar saying that she has never seen one not fit a car and refused to return said item which I might add is against consumer laws. She did however let me replace the item with another equally as useless the item which is also poorly fitting. If you want poor products, rude staff and to be treated like an idiot, this is definitely the store for you!

Online Purchase received in 7days
The baby jogger mini zip products I found on Bubs online weren't easily sourced in Australia and although I had read some of the terrible reviews online I proceeded with the purchase. Whilst one product wasn't immediately in stock, I still received all items within 7days, great turn around. When I learned that one product wasn't in stock, I feared the worst and contacted them via phone and email. I received prompt and informative responses to both queries. Customer service great and pricing great. Would recommend.

Steer clear! Wait times and terrible online service
Took over a month to receive capsule adapters for my pram.
After already purchasing and paying for it online I was then sent an email a day later they were waiting on stock from supplier and would dispatch when it arrives. Not ideal but can deal with that. Asked for an update 10 days later and was smugly told that I should read the terms and conditions when I ticked the box which states can take up to 14 work days (3 weeks). No Customer Service.
Went in to the Fortitude Valley store to purchase items for our first grandchild. Whilst it was obvious that we are not expecting parents, i would have thought it might be obvious that we were there to buy, as we stood in front of the car seats for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come and serve us. We were looking to purchase a number of items, with a total value of $1,000 (not a lot I know, but nobody knew how much we wanted to spend because not one staff member bothered to even acknowledge we were there!!). Will find another store who does acknowledge that grandparents do need to buy baby stuff too!!!!

Terrible after service
I purchased over $4000 worth of baby stuff from your fortitude valley store not only have I had issues with my bugaboo pram but I have had terrible service from your staff. I went into your store and had your staff member roll her eyes at me and the proceed to speak very rudely. I will never purchase anything from you again! I wish bugaboo would let me deal with my warranty direct as I never want to step foot in your stores!

Customer service never have stock available
I went to bubs rutherford to purchase car seat. Didn't have any in stock. Had to order it. I phoned following 2 weeks and was stated it still had to be ordered. Got hit with layby fee for them to order it no contact when stock arrived they rang 2 months later to tell me they were canceling it as I had not collected yet.
No contact had been made and the lady on the phone was very rude.
Will not be shopping at bubs again.

Should have bought local
Ordered cots and payed $580 for shipping, never received any emails as they had the incorrect email which I've never used. Phoned up and told it was on its way and no tracking number or anything, Delivery driver called and never left any card with consignment number and have never received one from anyone. Just told to go to startrak an hours drive away only to be told when I got there, that you have to book in to collect or redeliver which I can't because I have not received any documents but they have taken $2600 out my account and there website says its processing on the my order page.

Terrible service
I ordered a pram and matching Car capsule adapters, I was told this pram was very popular and was in high demand so I would have to wait 4-6 weeks. But when that time was up it was just left up to me to keep ringing and asking, communication was non-existent. Finally, they told me mid June (I ordered 9th April) and in the mean time I had my baby. This time I went straight to the pram supplier and asked them to help out and they were able to source the adapters from another store. If I hadn't gone over Bubs head to the pram supplier I would have waited another month for the adapters. Very friendly helpful staff on the online store and item delivered within 7 days
I recently purchased a padded portacot fitted comforter from bubs online store . Pleasantly surprised by there large range and unbeatable prices. I had checked all the baby stores for the product I was wanting but could not find it any where or if I did was too expensive. That's when I found bubs online. I purchased the item and had I thought I had not been sent an invoice so I rang the online store to inquire. My call was answered in 10 seconds ( no long on hold waiting ) the lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful and she advised me it may be in my junk mail (which it was) she also let me know the item was ready to be dispatched the following day. Received the item within 7days of purchase . Would buy again from bubs online

Do not purchase from this company - Disgusting Customer Service
I ordered online from Bubs, and wish I had read the reviews before purchasing anything from this company. Their website is archaic. I wanted a specific item colour, chose that colour and when my purchase arrived it was the wrong colour. When I called to tell them their mistake they then said it was my fault for not specifying in the "delivery section" of the order which colour I wanted?!?! Time delay
Rubbish delivery timeframes. Approximately 4 weeks since I ordered and still waiting. Apparently it's too difficult to list items that are in stock and items out of stock awaiting warehouse delivery due to the "large number of items (we) stock." I would suggest a system upgrade, other stores that stock just as many items manage to do precisely that. Wouldn't shop here again.

9 weeks and still waiting!
I put in order on 6/3/16 9 weeks ago when order put in there was no mention of out of stock of any items Was only when I asked for refund that I was called back to state will have by next week.Now 3 weeks later
Communication is woeful no contact I have made several phone calls to be given excuse after excuse. Last was incomplete e-mail- wait if your email address is not complete you get a prompt!
Baby will arrive before items.
So disappointed.Communication is top of my list.

Three weeks... No product. No contact. Money out of my account.
Terrible customer service. I ordered a play mat off this site because it was slightly cheaper. The money. Came out of my account the next day. I have waited 3 weeks already and have had no response or even confirmation from the company. I called up two days ago and was told that it should arrive into their warehouse in a week "hopefully". They claimed that they were going to email me about it. Three days later, I still haven't received the email. how ridiculous! Don't buy off this site. Very disappointing.

Almost 3 weeks for delivery
Firstly, usually when you purchase something online they send you an invoice right away confirming your order. I didn't receive it until I asked for it 6 daya later. I made the purchase on the 6th April. After I asked for order confirmation, they advise that the order would be despatched within 24 hours (this email was sent to me on the 13th April). And just today (20th April) they email me and advise me the car seat has now been despatched. Where's the professionalism and reliability with this company? If you don't mind delay in delivery then you wouldn't mind shopping with Bubs. Seems like others have experienced the same issue as well.

Went into the fortitude valley store this morning with my partner and toddler. Wanted some help with a baby jogger city select as i am expecting twins. Not one person came up and asked if we required assistance. Oh well your loss, will spend our money at baby bunting instead

Price guarantee is unbeatable!! If item is in stock delivery is prompt, Highly recommended and i will not shop anywhere else, communication is second to none. I live in rural NSW and these items are not obtainable locally, Bubs, you have my business
