I wish I had of checked out the reviews before I ordered from this company. I am not sure how they are still in business as their customer service is appalling. If you're prepared to wait weeks or months for your purchase, shop with them.

By the time I actually receive my items, I may have to sell them. My daughter will have outgrown them before they arrive! 4 weeks! I've received orders from Europe, USA, and China in half that time. Very poor from a warehouse that is a 5 hour drive away from my town.

Terrible communication!
I recently went into the store several weeks ago inquiring about a toddler seat for my valco pram which was also purchased from bubs. I now have a 2 and a half year old and a 3 week old. They had no toddler seats on display so the only option was to look at the pictures online. Being assured that a. It would definitely be a good fit for my toddler and b. I could refund if it wasn't suited I went ahead and placed the order. As soon as we got it home we have essembled it and it looks absolutely nothing like the pictures displayed. at all and near impossible to attach to pram. We have instantly contacted the store to explain the situation only to be told that we will only be allowed store credit, no exceptions. This is not good enough. We have all the original packaging and all and I refuse to settle for this. The receipt clearly states refunds are allowed if the item does not match description or sample. It certainly does not! I have bought numerous products over the years for all of my children and never had an issue but by looking at the other reviews I can see this happens a lot! - absolute nightmare trying to exchange something. They want you to return it, then they will send you a credit note, then you have to repurchase.
- I finally received my credit not and they had deducted $3.00 from the original item - no explanation.
- shipping costs are expensive.
- very hard to contact (tried phone and e mail).

Lengthy delivery time
Can't believe the delivery time (nearly three weeks and still waiting!) - yes it does state that some stock may take 14 days to order in first but honestly would it hurt to email and notify customers of this? Happy to immediately take the money but then leave customers waiting and wondering. Pricing is good but I won't be buying through them again

Faulty item denied refund
I purchased a mirror so I can see my baby who is rear facing. The mirror has a remote for light and music. After a lengthy delivery time I unpacked the item and used the mirror immediately as I had a short journey. On my return I tried using the light and music but it didn't work. We replaced batteries in both mirror and remote and checked the instructions. It didn't work. quested you send a video of how you're attempting to use to product, in order for us to troubleshoot - or to send it back for us to test if you could not provide this video. You chose to send the item back for assessment instead, which arrived back in a satchel bag. Unfortunately any scratches on the returned product was due to the insufficient packaging on the return parcel. From the time of us advising you to send the product back, to us receiving it in the post was over 2 months. We tested the product and determined it was in full working order, and advised this to you. A refund and exchange was refused, not because of not having packaging, but because it was a used product, in working order with no faults - in order to get the working product back to you, you are required as standard to cover the postage back. No communication advised that the product was going to be destroyed. Should we have received a video to troubleshoot, or to have received the return parcel in a more timely manner, we could have had this issue rectified and the product back to you sooner. Great range, great prices, but even greater wait for your order.
The websites range & price are fantastic - the prices for the nursery furniture I purchased could not be beaten locally (even with fright from Brisbane QLD to rural Vic factored in), so thumbs up for that. We do advise on our website to allow up to 12 weeks for furniture orders, as these products are specially ordered for you, and sometimes even our Australian Distributors run out of stock. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order on line. It's says that it may take upto 14 days for dispatch then 1-4 days for delivery. I called today wondering why I had not been sent a email confirmation with dispatch info since it had been 14 days and they informed me stock wasn't in they didn't know when it would be in so expect another 14 days.......my daughter is now too big for her capsule! Risky loss of money possible: the wait is too long, they should have it clearly stated on website.
Poor communication.
Feel tricked, website charged money, but did have item in stock, still waiting nearly two weeks now.
In the mean time I saw item elsewhere for less than half the price, felt suckered as no communication.
I read the terms and conditions, but still I feel they have an obligation to hold stock and trade as 99% of all the other websites I've experienced, as its not clear enough that it takes so long.

Online shopping order takes 3 weeks to arrive
I have never waited so long to receive an online order. It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order so I emailed asking when it's due to arrive. Apparently 14 business days are required and in my case the goods haven't even been shipped yet! My baby will have grown out of it before receiving our goods.
I will never use this shop again. Shame I didn't read these reviews first!!

Just don't place an order! Very disappointing experience.
Ordered a baby carseat. They charged me $35 delivery fee and it took them almost a month to deliver! I was not informed about that delay at all, I had to contact them and ask about when they're going to dispatch my order! Additionally, the manual was missing. The original box was not sealed originally. There were two invoices in the box, one was mine and another one, obviously from the person who ordered the carseat before and returned it (and possibly took the manual out). I am really annoyed as I don't have the time to send it back and order somewhere else as my bub is due soon and it's not fun anyway to return this big bulky items! My recommendation: place an order at deals direct!

er stock is picked or requested from our secondary warehouse for transfer, allocated and dispatched. This is why we advise to allow up around 14 days and to allow enough time for your order to arrive. On top of this time frame is delivery times. We apologise that this timing was not suitable for you but are happy it arrived in order. Please note that in most cases, manuals are not 'missing', simply placed in an inconspicuous part of the seat by the suppliers, usually under the base or in a fabric flap near the tether strap so that the manual is always on hand when required. Please be advised we do not accept returns on carseats, and if you're missing a manual or cannot locate it on the seat, we're always happy to have our supplier send you a replacement. The box lids would have been slightly cut open by dispatch to slide your receipt in, which is also your warranty - this does not render the seat as being a return/used. We bought from the online website and confirmed items in cart then received confirmation of successful purchase, after receiving email from credit card payment we had been overcharged $90 we were then told it was because the item on sale had finished at 12 pm, we ordered and confirmed purchase at 10:04 pm leaving nearly 2 hours before sale had ended, bubs baby online refused to refund the overcharge and have instead offered a $90 credit for use online, "in good faith"

Fast delivery and great customer service!
I have been a customer of Bubs for all 3 children. I have been to all the stores in brisbane and although Bubs are sometimes more expensive, the staff’s service and knowledge was worth it for me. I now live North Qld and continue to purchase from Bubs Online. With larger items I have rung before ordering as sometimes things have taken a little longer to reach me living in Townsville. My new Babyjogger arrived 5 days from ordering. They didn’t have the accessory I wanted in stock so I purchased from another online store but ended up waiting three weeks anyway.

Be Sure Before!
Be absolutely certain the product will do what is required before you purchase, because there is NO REFUND! We purchased a small baby gate for use with puppies to find it was too big for the hallway and doorway spaces in our home, despite correct measurement. Thinking we could get a refund due to the product not fitting we were disgusted to have to even fight for a refund. We received a store credit which we may not even use as we don't have and aren't expecting any children. We are verbally guaranteed the store credit does not have an expiry, despite a 6 month expiry date printed on the credit receipt and in the computer system. In absolute disgust and CERTAINLY won't be back to the Rutherford store!

I've bought from Bubs in store a few times so thought online shopping with them would be fine too. It was woeful. It took 3 weeks for them to send the order . They put the wrong name in the parcel so when the courier wentvrova elixer it to my husbands workplace, the front desk wouldn't sign for it as they didn't know that person didn't work there.
