I took out a new claim for landlord insurance and thought it was good value for what it covered. It covered all the aspects I was looking for with insurance.

After my mother passed away I took over paying the insurances. The company she had been with for many years was charging an exorbitant amount and in the case of a claim being made I am sure it would have been denied as the replacement cost of the house was not $650,000 as was being charged. I have reduced it to a proper level for the type of house and have no problems with the premiums.
I have had a car policy with Budget Direct for over 7 years and I can not fault them.

Previois insurer kept jacking up the price. No claims were ever made. Saved about a third on Allianzs price. Hope that if I have to make a claim that the claim process is easy and fair.

New to Budget, so far, so good. No need to claim. Just got the policy recently. Used to be with AAMI, no claims, just ever increasing cost each year until it was unbearable.

I had a price witch expired on the 29th September. I retreved the quote went pay before the expirie date, it said can't continue. So I did a new quote only to find it had gone up by $100., not having any other option I when ahead purchased. Only disappointment I have.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and made the experience pleasant.I have all my insurances with Budget and have made claims with no problems at all

All was well till we got a glitch and could not add loss of rent still working on it but they are covering us in the mean time so am happy with

Did application online which was fast easy and reflected exactly what I required. A few days later my policy was pushed to me direct debit was set up with no issues.

No hassle insurance cheaper than aami .will bring all my insurance over when they fall due. If budget can match or beat competitor . Thanks budget for being a great insurance

I don't know if you are good or bad at this stage as I haven't made a claim as yet I will see if I ever have to make a claim

I had a great experience swapping to budget direct from AAMI after being a policy holder there for 10 years. The service was excellent and courteous and the flexibility of options contained in the policy was also very good.

Applied for an online quote- completed all the details- and then received a message that they couldn't insure. Contacted an agent and was told to complete it all again. Went through the whole process again- and then it went back to the start. Contacted online agent again. Indicated it was because of a heritage overlay- why couldn't BUDGET make that clear. The agent then asked me if I'd like to insure any other property. NO WAY!

My rental agent form asked for public identity Buget policy covers legal identity.... it took 3 days to get an answer inspite of me repeatedly asking for clarification between the two. Also the live response didn't work.

We will focus on other home insurance and content insurance. Hopefully we will get a good price so we enabled to switch over from current insurance

A policy that addresses my/our needs. It should cover any area that we might have to claim for. It gives us security of mind knowing g our investment is protected.

Service was fantastic and suited my needs I dont know why I didnt use Budget earlier was a great experiences to use Budget and there expert team and will defiantly use them for othere insurances

Early days just started so far everything has been extremely easy staff very helpfull

As above have only just purchased it so will wait till comment after the first 12 months. Don't know what else to tell you but need to have it for some length of time

All very good. Lady well informed and helpful. Took a fair time, but I guess that is necessary for accurate cover. Price very competitive. Felt re-assured because of Money Magazine rating.

The person was polite and to the point I asked a lot of questions and most were answered to what i asked I was impressed with the lady who spoke to me She was great please pass my thanks to her.
