Haven't made a claim but the sign up went smoothly. The price was more than competitive and the process simple. I would recommend their insurance. Won't know completely until I have made a claim though.

Budget direct has been very helpful and affordable. There are advantages of having multiple policies as the discounts are noticeable. I just hope that you are as helpful when it comes a time to make a claim. Cheers.

Taking out insurance was relatively easy and the single phone call I needed to make to Budget was answered promptly and efficiently. If I had a suggestion it would be to review your payment options to include PayPal.

I have only just purchased this insurance but the process was very easy and clear. I haven't had occasion to use it yet but buying the policy was easy. It was also cheap but offered the same as other more expensive policies
