Hi Irine F,

Thank you for your inquiry, unfortunately as the original Bugaboo Bee has been out of production for over 2 years we no longer have spare parts. I would recommend contacting a repair agent like pram repairs 1300 308 435, who may be able to assist you with your broken seat.

I was just sold a bugaboo bee 3 second hand but in actual fact it is the bugaboo bee plus, however it even might be the bugabo bee. The chassis has had the model and serial number sticker removed. The actual seat is a bagaboo bee+ seat, the hood is a bagaboo bee+ hood. I just discovered that the basket belongs to a bugaboo bee and I can tell the wheels are from a bugaboo bee+.
I am disputing the sale as I bought it on ebay and they sold it describing the wrong pushchair, but I dont know what chassis the pushchair belongs to. My question is, will the bugaboo bee+ seat fit onto a bugaboo bee? Will a bugaboo bee basket fit onto a bugaboo bee plus?
Many Thanks

Hi, as far as I know newer models parts are compatible with older chassis, but not the other way round, so a bee plus seat will fit onto a bee, but I’m not sure about the basket? Ask Elena on.. http://site.pishposhbaby.com/blog/2014/07/09/bugaboo-bee-plus-vs-bugaboo-bee3/

Hi Selina C,

Thank you for your inquiry, the original Bugaboo Bee chassis is only compatible with the original Bugaboo Bee seat, so it is not possible to interchange these with the Bugaboo Bee+ parts. With regards to the Bugaboo Bee+ underseat basket, this is also not compatible with the original Bugaboo Bee chassis and vice versa.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance

How does the bugaboo bee handle rough terrain? I love the bee but just a little worried i will regret buying this stroller with the smaller wheels.

Hey it's ok on rough terrain but it's designed for pavements and shopping etc, When I take bubs for a long walk by the beach I usually take my 3 wheeler pram rather than the bee. I do love the bee though as it's so light and fits in my tiny car boot :)

Its not good on rough terrain, its designed to be an urban pram. But I've taken it on some pretty rough terrain and managed ok so long as you don't expect it to be smooth sailing. Is TERRIBLE on sandy type terrain, gravel and pebbles. But its light enough that you can get it over logs and rocks pretty well. If you're only planning on rough terrain very occasionally then its an awesome pram and I'd recommend using a baby carrier instead of the pram for off road adventures. But if you live in the countryside or something, then its probably not for you.

Hello, Look the Bugaboo Bee isn't really designed for rough terrain, it handles uno the usual mild terrain but doesn't really handle sand, roads ( rough terrain ) as such. I have the bugaboo bee plus and Iam in love but when I go for jogs on the beach, road etc I take my mountain buggy. Overall I wouldn't purchase this pram if you are going to be using it on rough tarrain 25/7 ! Hope this helped :)
