Purchased a bed frame on October 16, 2022 as a gift and it says it will be delivered after 3days. 2weeks now and no news of delivery still. I know it’s not only Bunnings to be blame but they chose a courier that has really bad reputation. Messaged their customer service a lot of times but their not very helpful at all. The courier customer service are worse as it’s really hard to get hold of them. I will not purchase anything from them again if they will use the same courier!

Have finally decided enough is enough. The Bunnings website is terrible. It is slow, search terms are ignored often even when its an obvious search. Pretty disappointing. And recently, the site has hung up really badly

Purchased a nice table from bunnings, what I thought was bunnings but turned out to be from one of their outsourced companies Zinus. After having trouble trying to get through to Zinus about where my table was because of their shipping tracking was LOUSY, Bunnings did not do much. After contacting bunnings all they did was forward the generic messages I was getting from Zinus. Zinus have a terrible 24/7 hour phone line, no one ever answers most 99% of the time, so if you could never contact them or they decided to never contact you, would bunnings refund you? Yes after many problems, I did eventually recieve the product and in perfect condition. Not sure if I will ever buy from Bunnings Online again.

Ordered an Ozito Chainsaw Sharpener ( O/N W221205577-1 ) for click&collect from Bunnings Robina store. Unfortunately after taking the order it was found the item was out of stock with only a display item in store, A team member immediately contacted me and arranged for the Chainsaw Sharpener to be collected from Bunnings Nerang store and Couriered ( at their cost ) to my home address in a rural area. Thats really great service. I've always been a Bunnings fan and when i get great service like this it makes me an even bigger fan. Well done Bunnings Robina and Nerang.

I have had no reply from Bunnings Customer support despite 2 emails.
This is Bunnings mistake and it appears I am out of pocket $449 & $90 delivery ... I intend to alert the public to this possible scam

ANC delivery driver was amazing! Everything else from Bunnings was a crap show. Trade desk employee had no clue, told us lies, didn't want to put through the order, made excuses, had computer issues so we gave up and left. Was told I could choose a day for delivery online. Put through delivery online but no call came for delivery date, had to call bunnings myself to delay order date till the Friday. 4pm on Friday comes and still no indication of delivery. Called Pimpama bunnings and the chick said it wasn't going out for delivery, not happy but...
Read more scheduled it for the next day. Get a missed call 20 mins later with a message to say delivery is coming that day. Driver rocks up at 5.30pm!!!! I had to cancel plans as no one from bunnings told me that 2x pallets were coming that the driver was not allowed to help me unload the pallets. The delivery driver had to crane the pallets as close to my house as possible and I had to unload. Will NEVER do an online order from Bunnings again.- Shipping

Rating is based on delivery delay and not knowing where is my shipment. Even after calling bunnings customer service they said I have to wait for it.
I’m a garage door business if I knew it will take this time I would buy them directly in 40 mns from my garage door supplier

Hired a van well beforehand. At pick up in Pymble the van was double booked. Pymble arranged another van in Artarmon, when we arrived there was no van available, we just saw it leave the parking, communication error between the Bunnings stores. Next day we finally could pick up a van in Artarmon. They gave us a 20 dollar gift voucher, what is totally ridiculous. Bunnings destroyed our moving houses day completely. Never again, totally not trustworthy!!

I bought a Maxim CG603 Electric 130W Herbs/Nuts/Coffee Bean Grinder online from Bunnings. I received the item and when I tried to use the rubbish thing it only worked every now and then. Then it decided not to work anymore. I took it back to Bunnings to which they said I have got it through the company that sent it! Be aware that Bunnings are only the middle man! Nice way to make an easy income!

Ordered two items online. Received text message saying one was despatched and to expect in store shortly only to receive another text on that day saying another day in a week. Rang store on that day..."not here, hasn't been despatched yet". Second item still hasn't been despatched from supplier. Customer service number doesn't answer. No-one calls back. No-one answers emails. I have a trade account and still get treated like this. It's making it very difficult to rebuild after our floods when a major supplier is acting with such disregard for customers.

I bought a Samsung SHP - DH537 Smart l Lock from Bunnings the installation was seamless because the pack came with easy to follow step by step instructions for the installer. The lock has added value to my door because entry is now easy and smart. To add icing to the cake, the lock comes with a child lock feature which Samsung Australia walked me through when I rang them. They are very supportive when you ring them. If you want to ditch your bunch of keys, go for this lock.

Every time I have ordered online ether the stock level has been wrong or delivery date is wrong. I was told within 14 days for a order to be pick up instore and then after 14 days I emailed and got told it's a month off being ready. On a different product I tried to purchase online 4 times after checking stock was in store it was rejected due to no stock. Not trustworthy. I also put up a bad review on a product and got rejected, won't trust there customer reviews now ether.

The item I received was the wrong thing, I asked to return the item but they declined because it wasn't within their time frame apparently. Had a bad time contacting the seller constantly sending messages back and forth and didn't even get anything out of it. Waste of money and time!

Very poor experience. Lost connection few times probably did a rollout of a new site version right in the morning 9-10am. It was showing errors. Could not make a payment.
I can't describe how I felt. It is very frustrating experience. Order number W219505248
The main problem as I see - We're not hiring contractors, we're hiring permanent stuff for average salary we also demand IT stuff to be vaccinated. My reply was I'm not interested in that job with that salary even without vaccination requirement. (I recently was interviewing for IT Engineer role)

Why does,nt Bunnings have SOLAR Street lights in their catalogue.>I am refering to the solar street lights that are suitable to be fitted in the streets of strata complexes .There are a lot of old strata complexes in perth wa that could use these, and as they are low voltage, anyone can fit them .
