Went to submit an application for a rental property and was greeted by an unwelcoming Receptionist. Absolutely no customer service at all. Was plain rude and confronting. Was not expecting this sort of behaviour from front faced staffed dealing with customers. Told me she didn't have to submit my application. Pity the land lord who has their property managed by this agent. Loosing potential tenants because of the reception which is met when submitting an application.
