Great work camplify team…
It was great to be part of the flood relief efforts camplify were able to provide during some crazy times over the last year..through camplify we were able to provide comfortable accommodation to families that had not much left but the shirts on their back. The support team were instrumental in organising all the behind scenes to make sure the affected families and the van owners were kept up to date, a huge thanks to them from us and we will be happy to help out anytime if required..

Winnebago Minnie
We delivered the van to the people at their property and that were excellent in looking after our van. We kept in contact and were given ample notice when the van needed to be picked up.
Amazing feeling helping flood victims
Seeing the devastated flood areas was very confronting. We arrived to see how happy they were to receive a caravan and come home after 4 months. It was very rewarding.

Glad to be able to help people who nee emergency accommodation
After looking for some time in finding a way to help people in need of emergency accommodation. Along came Camplify with the perfect solution. We have given some people in NSW a 6 month period with further 3 months if needed the use of our caravan.

Great response to the current accommodation shortage
Camplify have been amazing to deal with in setting up emergency accommodation for those affected by floods. Such a smooth hand over to give someone a place to live whilst affected by flood damage.
Good support, prompt and informative support service.
We needed info about the Camplify logo to go on our van, bit of a delay as it an out-sourced supplier. We need to transfer current GPS from the former owner who had the van on Camplify however, no progress on this issue yet. Having to use former owners link on the GPS to track our van as it headed to Coral Bay WA.
Great experience, fabulous owner
I recently booked an overnight trip with Camplify to travel to a wedding. I was flying into Newcastle and the wedding was in the Hunter Valley. I collected the van on the Saturday morning, and dropped it back off Sunday afternoon. It was an ideal situation for my partner and I as we needed transport for the weekend as well as accommodation - and we got both for the price of one!
Fantastic platofmr and will be using again.
Got scammed
I booked with someone who was vetted through campify (Off Grid Campers pty ltd). They messaged me through the campifys website who said to exchange numbers and emails.
Seems legit that's what Campify does to connect you with camper companies or private owners.
They sent through a contract which I signed and then they sent sent through there business bank account details for deposit which I paid.
Then scammer took down the campervan off the campify website and that's when I read the fine print a few pages into campifys website and realised there was an issue

Great platform
Great platform for people who just want to have a holiday or some time away without the expense of buying a van/motor home that they will only use a couple of times
ACCC should investigate this for potential breaches of customer protection legislation
As many people on this review site state, the interface is very poor. The filters aren't particularly comprehensive, the actual prices hidden on "from XYZ" value when the actual value is that, plus fees plus distance, etc.
How hard would it be to ask: what sort of distance range are you driving, date and then compare the actual costs?
However, this isn't all, the bookings are subject to approval feels like you are begging for the privilege of doing business with someone. Owners don't reply, listings are listed as available when the car isn't....
Read more However, reading the reviews it seems like I was lucky the owner didn't cancel? But if after all of that you are still considering booking: Listings don't seem to need to be accurate either. Booked a vehicle stating a fix date rate just to be told after email that there was a max km / day allowance and I had to pay more. Tried reaching support but all I get is a bot that apparently creates help-desk tickets that lead to nowhere. Ain't gonna be using it again.Hi Andre,
Thank you for your feedback we will definitely take it on board.
We are currently working on being able to collect all the trip information earlier in the user journey to provide a better pr...

A great opportunity to have the car used for what's it's made for
A mate put me on to Camplify as I was not using my Car due to the way it's set up.
I signed up and a few days later I had my first Booking.
Everything is very easy and Camplify has pretty much everything covered to keep it simple and secure

A sweet escape
It's easy and great to just jump in the van and take off for the weekend. We love to share our van so others can enjoy the van life too.
Been fantastic great to deal with and bringing lot of dollars GoodStuff
Easy to contact and helpful not fobbed off overseas lots of bookings all handled efficiently not much need for contact as fairly seamless to get bookings through system and into the bank

Service could be better throughout claims
The follow up service after an accident is not very good. I am constantly calling for answers and waiting long periods of time for a leader/manager to call back. Actuallybhave been waiting over 72hrs now for a call back to my enquiry.
Camplify needs an insurer that assesses in a shorter timeframe as owners are having to let down too many clients. 6 weeks for assessment then 5 weeks for parts, then repairs, truly unacceptable timeframe. We also lose a lot of income. Also need assessors that go out and view damage before they knock back quotes from pictures. Clients don't have the time to run around finding someone who can match an insurers price (who haven't seen the job, just pictures).
Would not recommend Camplify to owners sadly.

Read morer state is ridiculous. You need people in the state to have that human contact and can actually discuss the issues. Not just try and rely on pictures that don't particularly show the extent of problem. I am now 9 wks in from time of claim.. just had to cancel another booking.. Now over $7K out of pocket, can I claim my losses through this incompetence. I bet not.. I need someone just to get this sorted. Repairer is over it too. Michelle- 2 reviews

It's fantastic... and getting better!
We bought our 4-year-old motorhome only two months ago. After researching self-hiring options we chose Camplify. In less than three weeks we have managed to secure 7 bookings totalling over $16k. WOW... super excited!
ALL GOOD RIGHT UP TO THE TIME A HIRER DAMAGES YOUR VAN - THEN THEY RUN FOR COVER!!
Hirer damaged our Camper Trailer. 6 weeks after making a claim thru Camplify & their Insurance coverage, they say, "We will not be paying - it is fair wear & Tear". Problem is, Camper Trailer & Fittings were BRAND NEW and it had NEVER BEEN HIRED OUT BEFORE!!! Now have NO FAITH IN CAMPLIFY. Have had to cancel 3 bookings so far and considering removing listings all together. What a shame that it's ALL ABOUT THE MONEY for them!!
Hi Frankly,

But you have the photos of before the hire, showing the Brand New Roof Rack and fittings as in PRISTINE CONDITION!! Na the Post Hire photos showing it damaged. BUT YOU STILL DECIDE TO SHIRK YOUR OBLIGATIONS!!! Time to share this experience with all Camplify Van Owners I Think.JAKE. M - RESPECTFULLY - YOU SHOULD READ YOUR GUIDE!!

Perfect application for an expensive asset that may sit idle for long periods
Initially I was sceptical, but thought after some prompting from a friend that has their van listed give it ago. Owning a caravan is an expensive 'hobby' similar to a car a van sits more often in a drive way or storage facility costing money for that couple of times a year you want to explore this beautiful country with some comfort. Listing on Camplify result in the van getting more use and as such generates income to justify its ownership
High quality service and customer referral
They very effectively handle the whole process of caravan rental from providing good quality clients to providing a very good rental income that is fair to both parties. The are efficient and provide a very good response time to all queries. G
Great value considering other options.
Good passive income and helping people get out and away, for reasonable outlay . Only had good reviews over last 2 years.meeting and greeting some interesting Australians, sharing our camper has been a rewarding experience.
