I am very happy with the wooden floor and carpet. The staff where very helpful and the installation went smoothly.

Among the companies that we approached for information and quote on both hard and soft flooring we were most satisfied with Carpet Call – Balcatta Store. The Manager Zoran Dojchinoski did not only have had good customer relations, but was professional and helpful. He knows his products and the job of floor installation. The scheduling of the entire installation process was well managed and follow-up of outcome was most reassuring. The installers: Liam Oliver and his team for hard floor and Reynaldo Mamangon and his team for soft floor are highly experienced in their trade. They conducted their job professionally. We won’t hesitate recommending the services of all the above to others.

We have recently bought a property and want to add some hardwood flooring to our bedroom. The house already has hardwood floors that were originally from Carpet Call. Although we can't get an exact match we know Carpet Call has stock of the brand in other colours. We have requested some samples weeks ago. I have been into the shop 3 times over the last few weeks checking if the promised samples have arrived. I was told my request is not a priority and I need to wait and will get a call when the samples come in. I don't mind waiting a week or so but this is ridiculous. The salesman was unaware that other areas of our home need new flooring so our seemingly small purchase may not be as insignificant as he thinks.

I have this Chinese team - Brain installed my timber for 2 and half days, they have done a great job and we are so happy, highly recommended! Also Caser from sales team tried his best to help us and he is very patient and nice. I will use carpet call again in the future !

We did not know what type of flooring we wanted. Salesman very helpful and explained the differences between the various options and prices. Floor layers had a total of 72m2 laid in under 5 hours with minimum disruption. Tip, cover everything up where they set up the saw. Pleased with the product so far and is easy to keep clean. Tip, you need plastic mats for rolling chairs (office) and cups for bed casters. Also need pads on bottom of all furniture that makes it easy to move to clean. So far impressed with the product. Only requires a mop over with a static mop or mildly damp mop for any stains

Went to Carpet Call stand at the Perth Home Show in 2017 and spoke to Mike Dornan, who gave us a show special price to install wooden floors over our existing tiles and as we were having other work done at the time, could we delay installing and still keep that price until we were ready and he said no problems. When we were ready we rang and they organised the installation, Bob the installer was a very friendly and efficient worker who took pride in his work and did an excellent job. Overall we were very pleased with the whole process and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other people. Great Job.

Liam and Walter attended our home to install our Parador Timber Laminate flooring and were absolutely amazing. Liam asked numerous questions relating to the flooring to ensure that my expectations were met and that the finished product was installed perfectly. Even worked around me while I was getting ready for work as they didn’t want me inhaling dust from cutting down the door frames. It really is hard to get great customer service these days but Liam and his team mate did a brilliant job and my husband and I couldn’t be any happier. They are an absolute credit to Carpet Call!

Horrible experience overall. We had our flooring done in late December and had issues at almost every step of the process. Once sale is done and initial deposit, customer service and accountability went down the drain.

Floorer was worse - no communication initially, almost failed to finish the installation in time due to his faults, no accountability and kept on asking for cash payments for various things.

By the end, $6800 quote job became $8600 job plus two leaves from office plus all the stress. Invoice #: 24520.

The four lads were friendly and quick, and as quiet as you could hope for!

Went into the Hoppers Crossing store just to look at timber flooring. Dave showed us what our options were. His knowledge of product was outstanding and he was easy to talk to. His patience was fantastic because we were undecided, nothing was too much trouble. We signed up on the day and have not been disappointed with our decision. From manager through to the installers, the whole team are professional and friendly. We are so happy with the quality and overall result. It looks amazing. Would recommend them to anyone. We had new timber look floating floors supplied and installed by Carpet Call Castle Hill. Great service from the store, they met every one of our requests with a smile. The quality of the install was fantastic could not fault the workmanship or their attitude to the job. I highly recommend them.
