Purchased the timber floors from carpet call Bankstown met Wasim there amazing customer service with plenty of experience and useful tips, the installation came out amazing thanks to Moe u did a really good job and will definitely be going there again on the next project, thanks guys.

Went into the Hoppers Crossing store just to look at timber flooring. Dave showed us what our options were. His knowledge of product was outstanding and he was easy to talk to. His patience was fantastic because we were undecided, nothing was too much trouble. We signed up on the day and have not been disappointed with our decision. From manager through to the installers, the whole team are professional and friendly. We are so happy with the quality and overall result. It looks amazing. Would recommend them to anyone. We had new timber look floating floors supplied and installed by Carpet Call Castle Hill. Great service from the store, they met every one of our requests with a smile. The quality of the install was fantastic could not fault the workmanship or their attitude to the job. I highly recommend them.

I have had a 'timber look floor' installed in a unit in Sydney - purchased through the Moore Park store. The first installers arrived and left within 10 minutes. The second installer laid the floor and then attempted to install the trim to cover the gaps left for expansion. A pre-school child would have done a better job. After numerous calls to our case manager we are still no further towards having this issue resolved. We have been promised all sorts of different solutions and nothing has materialised.
We were also charged $400 for removal ...

Visited the Richmond store in Victoria a looking for timber/laminate and carpet. Found colours we were happy with so spoke to the sales man about prices etc. He was energetic and overly excited about his products and store which was ummmm yeah. Anyway, he gave a installed price per square meter costs of the products we chose. Expensive but within out budged. The sales man really pushed the fact that they were able to do deals on prices. My Uniclic distressed look wood flooring purchased from Carpet Call approx 6 years ago still looks fabulous. I love the character of the rough sawn look and it's so easy care. I had a couple of packs over so recently decided to order some more to refurbish my office. We are still in the process of installing our timber flooring. The miscommunication of the sales people just to get a sale!!!!! Eg, no problem, flooring will be installed in one day. They remove the carpet, lay the foam and the boards click into place!!!! We were told just to get a couple of hundred dollars for installers, shifting furniture and laying the trim. No one told us we may possibly also needed floor prep and having to pay $$$$$$. Then having a family of 4 living in 2 rooms while cement dries and the availability of the installer. W...

on the other hand... our visit to Carper Call couldn't have been a more happy one.

Happy to recommend Carpet Call Nunawading's team for their very good service and professionalism. The team removed tiles in my house on Mon/Tue - did a good job inspite of the dust, etc. Next team installed the timber floor yesterday; great result. Both teams friendly and easy to talk to. Keith from the Jindalee branch of carpetcall was very helpful and patient in helping us select new timber and carpet for our house. For the past 3 weeks the peoples who installed my timber floors /staircase leave the old carpets laid in my living room included the new timbers, the same peoples have to install my timbers always find excuses to postpone the jobs, until we put some requests to finish the job and cone someone else, the job finished very badly, this it the mistake we trusted your company to do our staircase & corridor, we very much regret to used & spends our money with company,

Ordered my flooring 6 weeks ago but was called the day before to be told they can't do it as there was no stock. I was pushed for a deposit to secure the stock that was available but it was assigned to someone else. Always had to chase them and the numerous 'we will call you backs' don't happen. Initial salesman was great but has left and now left with rude dismissive staff. Now i have to delay my removalists and other tradesman. Head office said we won't compensate you in anyway as we feel we haven't put you as a disadvantage. Won't ever use them again and will never recommend them. Very disappointed.

I'd like to thank Dayle at Carpet call Mandurah for his excellent support and professional advise in helping me pick the timer floors for my new house, i shopped all over town for approx 4 months doing research, looking at all types of flooring on offer and collected several quotes. I found that i kept going back to Dayle for his advise, and because of Dayle's assistance and patience my decision was to finally purchase the Blackbutt engineered timber flooring from Carpet Call Mandurah, im extremely happy with the end result, the floors really look magic and enhance the out look of the home especially the staircase.

Sam at Carpet Call Artarmon did a great job of helping us book in our new timber laminate floors, getting us the date we wanted, and staying in touch to confirm that everything would happen as scheduled.

Our layers arrived on time and did a great job of installing our floors. They've come up great and we are very happy with the service we received through the whole process!

Good morning, We have just had a job completed for new timber floors and carpet at our home.

All went well. I would just like to say that the service we received from Matt Grosbergs was second to none. In fact he went down to our house and put the fridge back in its place. We had been told by the timber floor layers that we would need "sliders" and someone to put it back however, Matt completed this task.

When we were choosing the carpet Matt's service was great ...he had a few suggestions and also couple of ideas we had not thought ...

Had both Carpet and timber floor done through two different Carpet Call stores. Carpet via Penrith store and Timber Flooring via the new store at Marsden Park and could not fault either the service or the quality of the job they did.
Price was also very competitive and I would not hesitate in using Carpet Call in the future.

Ordered timber flooring from Bundall store, Salesperson measured room and quoted,I paid deposit and he promised the world!!! Thats where it stops.. He doesn't answer his mobile after you've ordered! Date of installation was promised and then changed, then changed back!

I called the Midland branch this morning and Ricky Wong the Store Manager was extremely informative. He advised that he could send a person to our Property in Gidgegannup (rural) within 1 hour demonstrate samples and provide me with a quotation.
The representative Tommy called me within the hour to confirm that I was home and advised he would be able to visit shortly. Within 20 minutes Tommy was at our home with numerous samples of products. He was extremely well presented, intelligent and most importantly listened to my requirements!! ...
