Michael was so helpful in the shop, we found the perfect carpet with his help. Jake did a super job measuring and the price was cheaper then what we expected.

From the moment we entered the display shop, we were greeted with friendly and helpful advice. The installers were also friendly, polite and very diligent. They cleaned up after themselves and we are very happy with the finished result.

Our salesman, Michael Burke, was supportive and knowledgeable throughout the entire project. The tradie, Josh, couldn't have been more flexible, even working on a public holiday to make sure our floors were done in a timely fashion. The result is lovely.

Carpet Call have now carpeted every room in our house, the help and consideration we experienced has been second to none, obviously hand picked salesmen in your showroom in Joondalup, every carpet layers have been great, they have all been so considerate, clean, no damage or even marks on our newly painted walls, I cannot recommend Carpet Call highly enough.
The only thing left to say is, you cannot improve on perfection, keep up the great work guys.

After walking on concrete for 2 years, new flooring was put down. The sales reps knew the product well and the installers were polite, quick and cleaned up beautifully. A quality job with a quality product.

I went to a store with the view of wanting someone to measure my house for carpet, but the staff member was initially patronising when explaining their measuring system, and then this quickly turned into him being dismissive and then he actually seemed to delight in embarrassing me in front of several other staff members who started laughing with him. It was very hurtful and ever since I have never hesitated to warn people of this store. This happened a few years ago now and I am still left with strong negative feelings about the treatment I received and will never go back.

Went into Prospect store to have a look at carpet. Was met with Masi who went above and beyond to explain our options and offer a no pressure for purchase environment.
Massi went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our final product.
The carpet was laid with a quality result.

I contacted Carpet Call Capalaba on Monday 30th March, John arranged for Kemp, salesman, who arrived four hours later....with heaps of samples. We quickly came to a suitable choice and price. OnFriday the installation team arrived and had the (quite large) room finished about four hours later. The room looked stunning and was so appreciated by my son who moved in to stay and use as a bedroom. He is just over the moon with the result. Thank you Carpet Call Capalaba, you are the best!!
