Would highly recommend Carpet Call at Caringbah for their product and service. We were able to take a sample of flooring home to match up with the room and the price was very reasonable. John was extremely helpful making sure we got our flooring delivered to the store so we could pick it up.

Dissatisfied with customer service everywhere looking for a particular size rug, nobody could be bothered to help me, l came across Ahmad here at Carpet Call, he went out of his way to satisfy us, to the point that he visited our place with the rugs to measure & organise for two of the same rugs to be cut and sewn together. I went to a store with the view of wanting someone to measure my house for carpet, but the staff member was initially patronising when explaining their measuring system, and then this quickly turned into him being dismissive and then he actually seemed to delight in embarrassing me in front of several other staff members who started laughing with him. It was very hurtful and ever since I have never hesitated to warn people of this store. This happened a few years ago now and I am still left with strong negative feelings about the treatment I received and will never go back.

Went into Prospect store to have a look at carpet. Was met with Masi who went above and beyond to explain our options and offer a no pressure for purchase environment.
Massi went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our final product.
The carpet was laid with a quality result.
In a world where the consumer has numerous options for purchase of carpet for comparative prices, it was the customer service provided to me that made the purchase easy. Well done to Masi for his great customer service.

I contacted Carpet Call Capalaba on Monday 30th March, John arranged for Kemp, salesman, who arrived four hours later....with heaps of samples. We quickly came to a suitable choice and price. OnFriday the installation team arrived and had the (quite large) room finished about four hours later. The room looked stunning and was so appreciated by my son who moved in to stay and use as a bedroom. He is just over the moon with the result. Thank you Carpet Call Capalaba, you are the best!!

We had to chase up for the carpet to be laid on the morning promised and he didn't show up till lunchtime. As soon as we got home you could see it was pulling away from edges and nailed down in a lot of places. We paid for premium carpet that is iling and pulling in areas. Tried contacting Carpet Call and have had no response. We will be paying this off for 2 years and instead nice new carpet we have rubbish. Would never use them again

Very easy to deal with the company both over the phone and in person. Initial consultation was great and was easy to decide what blinds we wanted to go with. Blinds were installed quickly and hassle free!

Each step of the way the staff were professional. My job wasn't too small (I just needed 1 blind) and I didn't feel any pressure to buy any particular blind. I would definitely use this Carpet Call again.

I went to carpet call in Maribyrnong looking for a carpet. I had a vague idea of colouring. I was approached by Ahmed once in the store and explained to him what I was looking for. Ahmed was fantastic, not pushy but extremely helpful, asking questions about my home, what will the carpet be used for etc and then showed me a few samples and the first rug Ahmed showed me was perfect. I was so impressed by his exemplary service and care for his customer when I needed a secondary rug I called him and went back to this store. Despite there being carpet calls much closer to my home. I can highly recommend Ahmed as a caring, genuine sales person who really cares about his customers.

We bought a rug and runer set from MARIBYRNONG store, Victoria. Ahmed served us. He helped us to find 2/3 rugs that would match with our furniture and room environment. we bought the rug and runer. However, we were still not sure which one will be the perfect one in our house. Ahmed gave us both rugs to try and return one of them. This is carpet call’ s policy.
