New User - Very Happy!!
Being a new user, always a little sceptical!? Very happy with the ease of ordering process & the emails notifying me of progress of parcel in transit. Ordered on (Friday 10th April 2020 - arrived well packed on Friday 17th (Syd-Bris) Expecting longer due to Virus situation?, so no issues at all and all products just as advertised!! Very Happy & Satisfied Customer :-)

Not the real product
I bought my favourite product De Lorenzo. Et equilibrium. Love the product so much I wanted to buy it in 1kg bottle. I do not think it is the true product or it’s mixed with cheap body lotion. It has an offensive odour, different colour and texture and it made my hair oily and yellow. Soooo disappointing. I have had to order another 250g tub from oz hair and beauty. A lot more expensive but at least you get the real product.

Bad Experience!
I shopped at Catwalk for the first time on Boxing Day 2022 and purchased a number of products. I didn't notice until after I had left the store that they failed to apply the discounts as advertised (the discounts amounted to around $40). I returned to the store and they agreed to rectify the issue but I was disappointed with what had happened. Something didn't seem right. I asked to speak to the Manager. He never apologised, rather he kept making excuses - he said they were busy and other such excuses and then he became defensive. He went on an...Read more
d on. I found this unprofessional. This is a store dealing with customers and yet the manager appeared to not have any ability to see things from a customer's point of view. Not only was I inconvenienced by having to return to the store but I felt disrespected and embarrassed when I was there. Other staff lingering around to listen. I don't think they took it seriously which is not a good work culture to create. The error raises questions such as -was the staff not trained well enough? Was it a systemic issue? These factors are serious enough for a business but charging a customer more than what was advertised could be perceived as deceptive practice under the Australian Consumer Law. Perception alone should be an issue the manager needs to be concerned about. I thought he would at least say that he would look into it and make sure it doesn't happen again - to anyone! I don't know what the reason was for this mistake. It's a small issue in itself but has the potential to be a serious one and if not handled well can destroy trust in a business. Not receiving an apology from the store was just the rotten cherry on top of a rather unpleasant experience. Not a good look for a business.1 comment

We completely understand your concern and disappointment that this has happened, however, this was a simple processing error on a very busy day by the teller, which unfortunately is part of human nature - she felt sad & upset that she had made this mistake, which was in no way intentional. As soon as you made us aware, we accepted the mistake and at no stage tried to deny or refrain from providing you the discount - the refund was given almost immediately with an apology for the error and the inconvenience that you had to come back in from the customer service team. You then requested to speak to the manager, and who walked down and personally apologised to you that this had happened. You then asked what the cause of the issue was and how this could have occurred. In the middle of answering your question, which couldn’t have been more than a few words in, you decided you’d had enough and walked out of our shop - which was really upsetting as he couldn’t even have the opportunity to answer your question. So just to reaffirm, we wholeheartedly apologise about this error, and the inconvenience caused to you. Highly recommend for all skincare buys online
One of the best online shops I've used for my skincare purchases! At least 20% lower prices on some of the best skincare brands - I always buy Dermalogica from them. Customer service is amazing, I missed out on a promo once and was given a special promocode to use on my next purchase :)

Great products BUT poor delivery service!
13 days to deliver from Sydney to Melbourne. Contacted them and order had disappeared into blackhole. Only dispatched after I contacted them. Really disappointing experience without reason as to delay.

I have been shopping from Catwalk.com.au for more than 5 years. Their website is far better than any other online hair and beauty websites I have used. They stock a massive range of products which is why I like to use them as I can get all my products ordered and delivered for one delivery fee. On top of that they have great customer service. I recently ordered something wrong and had to call them to get it resolved. The customer service was really helpful and sorted my order with the correct product and refunded me the difference. Definitely recommend them.

Ok so looking through the previous reviews it looks like these guys are reviewing the WRONG company. These guys are not the Catwalk Hair Extension guys, they don’t even sell the extensions they are talking about. I have been a customer of Catwalk.com.au for 6 years. Buying my hair and face products regularly with close to zero issues. I can’t recommend them highly enough, it is a shame that they are being mistaken for the wrong company and having their name dragged through the mud. PRODUCT REVIEW, if you want to be a reliable source of information at least ensure that the correct company is being reviewed.

I’ve been buying some hair products (Label.M and Keune) from catwalk.com.au since 2010. Before that, I used to shop at my local retail shops, but since I am working all week and don't have time to go to the local retail shops I decided to purchase my products from their online store. Awesome Customer Service - Even Better Order
I shop online regularly and am so happy I found Catwalk. Their site is easy to navigate and they have an awesome range and variety of products. The customer service team helped me out and provided me some recommendations for what shampoo and brand I should try (thanks Alice!) and I am in love with my products. The dispatch process was quick and easy and I was kept updated on the whereabouts of my order.

Good responsive service
I was sent the wrong product and immediately contacted Catwalk. The gave me a slip to return it and once I sent a photo of the receipt, they immediately express-posted the correct item (plus a few samples) and I had it the next day. Although it would have been better to get the right thing in the first place, their response was excellent. I would definitely order from them again

Great customer service - so impressed!
I have read the bad reviews on the customer service but can honestly say that this has not been my experience. I ordered some products which were promptly dispatched and delivered. During which time my family came down with a bad case of the flu and I completely forgot to pick up the parcel from the post office. The delivery was returned to Catwalk. Two days ago I got in contact with the company to arrange redelivery and have already got notification that it is on it way back to me.

I ordered my H2D hair dryer on Monday this week. I actually read these reviews after ordering and was a little nervous as so many were negative. Well my dryer arrived safe and sound on Friday. I was kept up to speed with tracking the whole way. I used it for the first time today it's awesome and I feel like I got a huge bargain. Would defs use Catwalk again.

I just ordered shoes from them for 275 bucks and when I was ordering It said that i should allow 5 days for dispatch, and now it says 8-14 days .I read some reviews online and it said its poor quality and that it takes sometimes up to 21 days to be delivered as the package comes from china ! No phone number to contact them as you said, only email . They don't respond on weekends, no shipping confirmation, this is freaking ridiculous ! Thankfully I payed with PayPal so maybe I will file a claim !

Defiantly email them at [email protected] and see where it is. My order took a month and they said 21 days when I got the package you could see if was shipped straight from China. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I don't think you guys have the correct website. These guys are catwalk.com.au and not "catwalkconnection" as mentioned in your message. I've also know for a fact they are not based in China but in Sydney as I've driven past there warehouse a few times.
