A quick look around social media and you'll see that things are starting to go south for this company. Their COVID-19 message suggests product dispatch will take 3-5 days. I have an order that still has not been dispatched for over 15 days. They won't respond to my emails or answer any of my calls (for 5 days I've been trying!)

For the sake of a balanced review, one thing they are good at is taking your money

Adore beauty is an online store for any thing beauty. It has a great range of beauty products ranging from skincare, makeup and hair are. Amazing service, little touches with free samples and packaged wonderfully. Delivery is super fast!! Will always be shopping my beauty products with them!!

I ordered the Wella SP Keratin Luxe oil Restore mask and today it arrived.... with a third of the product missing, with visible finger scooping marks. Absolutely disgusting!! A huge health hazard especially with Covid 19. So disappointed for trusting this store. Buyer beware!!

Adore beauty is the worst place to shop at. They will accuse the customer. They will not process the refunds correctly and keep money from the customer’s orders. I have shopped a fair few times with them over the past but no more. They have the worst customer service ever and they prioritize their customers. They just want your money and does not want to help you at all.dont waste your money with them there are way better placed to shop online than them.

Wow I ordered my shampoo through this website as I can’t drive to my hair dresses as it’s in another state so ordered and was fast to arrive and a free little thank you in the box not only did I feel special because who gives away anything these days it was lovely to feel the love so thanks again won’t be my last shop

So what keeps me coming back to adore beauty is the free samples and gifts! I love the goodie bags and the hair gift packs! They are the same price as at MYER. David Jones, Sephora ect only as a beauty member you get free gifts if you spend a certain amount which with makeup is very easy to do! I haven’t had an issue so far. Once an item was sold out but they let me know and refunded me quickly. I am able to email them with no issues and they seem to reply fast. Not sure how they are during now because of corona but I’ve been a valued customer for a few years.

Adore has a great range of products so you’ll always find what you’re looking for. Service is quite quick and love the bonus Tim tam but my hips don’t! Hahaha

I found this shop by looking for a very rate product that I only could get in France. I loved the fact that I could order those items at a super decent price. It was delivered fast and the shipping packages were decent.

I don’t have anything negative to say about adore beauty. I love their deals, customer service, the little touches they add when you receive a product having a little chocolate in there. Amazing

I have ordered a parcel worth more than 100$ 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received my parcel and i have no idea where it is. I understand there is delays because of Covid-19 but it should be specified more clearly on the website. When I ordered, the notice said that there were delays up to a few days. Well it said days not weeks. If I would have known it takes that long I wouldn't have ordered at all.

I buy from Adore semi-regularly.. I love that they have products I read about from O/S and can't find anywhere else in Australia.
The delivery time is great and the chat feature can be a bit annoying when it pops up, but it is really helpful when you actually need it.

Navigating the online store was easy, the range of Kerastase hair products is enormous and well priced.
Ordering was simply and products arrived quick smart, despite covid-19 and Easter! Packaging is eco friendly as possible. The little extra treats included was a thoughtful delight.

Ordered products which was fine, had item missing from delivery which was quite expensive. Been trying to contact them everyday for 5 days via phone,email and call back service. No reply’s or call back.Please just give me what I’ve paid for. Usually get orders and all is there but god help you if it’s not. They don’t even want to know you once they have your money.

I used to shop online with Mecca (who I love and still buy from sometimes) but since discovering adore it's my new fav. From browsing to delivery it's smooth sailing, they do really generous free samples and promotions and have a really wide range of products and price points. Customer service is helpful and friendly, cannot fault anything.
