I am honestly soooo freaking happy with Catwalk Connection! I ordered this beautiful sequin dress for my birthday and I was afraid it wouldn't arrive on time and it freaking came faster than it was supposed to. My dress looks amazing and the material is absolutely perfect. I emailed them a few times about my dress and they were so sweet and replied so quick to make sure my dress came in on time. I'm always afraid of shopping online thinking the clothes won't look right on me but I deff feel like one of those models in the pictures LOL. I will definitely continue to shop with catwalk connect, they are now my favorite clothing store!

Do not waste your money!! Terrible customer service, just scammers that want to take your money. Their processing times are incorrect and fraudulent, they are lack to responding. Their exchange and return process is ridiculous, they charge the customer shipping to exchange an item and once you get a store credit, you are unable to use that credit with a promo code!! Just the worst policies, determined to take your money and keep it at all costs! just like a Chinese company, just want to take people's money and run!

I purchased once before from catwalk online and my items came within 10 days . Both dresse I purchased I got dozens of compliments on ! The dresses were both absolutely stunning. I noticed at least 30 of my friends on social media then began to follow catwalk. The order I recently purchased took a little bit longer. While waiting patiently for my order, I emailed the company and within an hour they responded to me and apologized for the delay . With that said my order is being tracked and should be here shortly.

I have purchased my size shoes from them but when the shoes came they were very bad quality and the star didn't fit on my ankle or toes. They won't return my money they refuse to even tho they don't have nothing to me to exchange it for. Everyone can return a refund they just refuse to. And the prizes they charge are NOT worth the shoes they sell it for

I paid a few hundred dollars for 2 dresses and a pair of heels, only for it to come weeks later with an invoice from the company in Malaysia with the actual receipt.. the items are from China and costed $40..
Catwalk takes your money then puts the order through and gives your address to another company in Malaysia and they send it ...
Quality is horrible! Save your money.

I purchase two pair of shoes 40% off so each pair was about $120.00 not cheap. I order a size 9 (I wear a size 8 1/2). The shoes came in a reasonable time frame. I open the first pair of shoes which had a very strong chemical odor. The shoes were too small and very uncomfortable. They advertised the shoes as being suede. The shoes are not suede or leather, if the shoes are suede (per Catwalk when I filed a complaint with them) it have to be very cheap material.

This site states they have a no refund policy only a store credit. If the shoes are junk, why would I want anything from them. I am out of over $230+ dollars.

Please don't buy from this site. This is a scram from china.

Ordered a outfit weeks ago and still no confirmation on postage. Event is only a week away and have to source a whole new outfit. Sent numerous emails and only received one reply saying they don't have shipping details. No communication since regardless of how many emails I send to follow up. Total waste of my time and a waste of my money
