I have a new fisher and PayPal induction cooktop. I have researched ALOT about the cookware to use. I have been told CIRCULON is probably the best. I have looked at the Circulon Premier Professional 13 piece hard anodized cookware in chocolate. Is this set really suitable for induction. I was told to go straight to the source...
I look forward to your response
Cheers Kim Watson
I would go with any other brand to be honest! We had a circulon frying pan (for induction) and it was was crap after about 6 months; the surface became dry/rough and it lost its ‘non stick’ surface. T...
Read moreried to return it and it was sent back to manufacturer who said it had been misused. The store kindly still let us swap for a new brand and said they are Chinese made and quite a few complains. We also have a circulon wok which is a bit older but hasn’t been used much and is also worn out. We ended up getting a brand called Fiskars (made in Finland and was similar price) and it feels/looks like much better quality and has been going strong so far!
I have had my fry pans for about 10 years and are a bit worse for wear. Can they be re coated?
I have cleaned my two frying pans as instructed, 1 part vinegar and 3 parts water. I then washed them in warm soapy water and have then noticed to my horror both pans now look rusted? What can I do?
Hi Jen,
Thanks for your question. In order to fully get an understanding of issue with your frying pans, we'll need to have a look at them. ...

The silicon coating on the handle of my CIrculon saucepan is deteriorating and tearing after four years of perfect use - always hand washed. Can this be replaced or am I dreaming ? Will it matter if I take this completely off - will it be "too hot to handle" ?
You have invested in a good product, and has lifetime warranty on all parts. I propose that you write to Circulon Australia and they should be able to help you out. I have my whole pan replaced as part of the lifetime warranty. Good luck.
Many thanks Paul shall do and I will post the response here once I have this resolved.
Has anyone had problems with the glass lid on their pots? used my small pot this morning without the lid was washing up and placed the lid in the dish rack as it was clean did not place in washing up water next thing I heard a loud bang and glass on the lid shattered into pieces
Can frypan non stick with rubber coated handle go in oven for cooking tarte tatin ?
My Circulon is from the Elite range (stainless outer) you can use the frypans in the oven up to 200F. The handles are not made of rubber, it's call phenolic (silicone over steel) a hard plastic! If yo...
Read moreu need higher heat you would have to consider the Infinity range, stainless steel handles. I personally did choose this because the handles get too hot on the cooktop. Hope this helps.I bought a set of Circulon cookwear 4 years ago and the pots and pans themselves are great, however they have the rubber coated handles and they rubber slips around when I tip the saucepans to pour out contents. This makes it very dangerous due to the heat of the sauces etc. Does anyone know what sort of warranty they have and if this is common?
Circulon have a limited life time warranty against workman ship and defects under normal use. Take them back to where you bought them if that is possible, otherwise their website is American, you cou...
Read moreld email them at customer support and ask them where you can take them to here in Australia. Hope this helps. Can the circulon frying pans be recoated with non stick teflon as mine are starting to stick.
Take them back to where you bought them and ask for them to be sent back to Meyer. Get the staff to quote "customer satisfaction guaranteed"... hopefully you'll get a new pan.
Can I get refund from Circulon for their so-called "non-stick "cookwares?
I have a 26" and a 30" frying pan. Bought from Myer. Used carefully occasionally and washed as instructed, but became STICKY and the coating was peeling after 10 months. Owing to the fact that you have to spend a lot more time washing the pans, I stopped using them and stored in cupboard for more than 2 years. Weekend tiding-up, took them out and wondering what to do with them. Oh, I took back a small pan to Myer last May, and I have never heard anything from Myer or Circulon since then!
Take them back and ask for them to be sent back to Meyer. Quote "customer satisfaction guaranteed' on your paperwork. Good luck :)
