I bought this to cover 3 months of regrowth from a salon colour with multiple grey hairs. I didn't have the time / money to go to a salon before I attended a wedding.
I did my hair and the next day was not sure if it had made any difference at all. They grey hairs were not their usual white, but still very noticeable against the rest of my hair. In the 3 weeks since, despite using salon formula shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair, the colour has stripped from my hair.
It is dry at the ends and feels unmanageable. Thanks for nothing, Clairol. I wish I had read the reviews here first!
I have been using 118C and 5RB for years and was very happy. I hate the updated version. I think it is to do with the cream and enhancer balance-you can't get all of the cream in. It made my hair look transparent. I will have to find a new brand now.
I have been using this product for a long time with great success but the new formula is a disaster. No.5RB I sadly WILL BE CHANGING TO A DIFFERENT BRAND

Know better, choose better.
Been using nice and easy for 15years or more my hairdresser always said he could not get those results if he tried and would always complement my hair. I bought the new nice and easy omg my parting was bright orange which when dried went even brighter I phoned the company the next morning and I gave all the package details to see if there was a fault I was to send it all back to them. So not only am I out of pocket by buying it making the phone calls sending of the packaging I still haven't heard anything my hair needs doing again less than 3weeks. Why did you mess with it.
Questions & Answers
Does anyone know if there is a make and colour I can use on the market that have the same results as chestnut brown 118c?
I haven’t got round to finding another make yet. I went into the shops that still had the old type. And bought up 8 of them. I now have time to find another type as I will never use the new nice and ea...
Read moresy again. It would definitely ruin your hair as well as leave it limp and dull. I use the blonde ones.
I did use the new nice n easy and my parting went bright orange then within a couple of weeks it faded to grey so I'm also looking for a replacement loved the old nice n easy 118c
