Wyndham Coffs Harbour
Stayed at Wyndham Coffs Harbour, second time on a road trip in recent months, and love this place. Treetops has great view and the rooms are clean and very well appointed, and very comfortable. I would recommend this location, looking forward to a longer stay in the near future.

Coffs Break
We loved the peaceful quiet of the Terraces - Or rooms were lovely and we had a beautiful tropical outlook from the verandah. I would certainly recommend Terraces for anyone wanting a relaxed quiet break away from the hum drum of the city.

Outdoor outcry
Inside the apartment is speechless, nice, much improved, very comfortable, no questions ask.
Outdoor is a chronic problem and appears there is NO intention to rectify them.
One is the tennis court which for years is left without improvements. The platform was faulty with dips filled with water. Then dirt and leaves everywhere. Three years ago my wife has had a bad fall as she slept on lots of dry leaves when the cleaner set at reception for entertainment instead doing his duties. I made a complaint and things turned very rude and against us ...Read more

Owner update experience
I was very disappointed when I asked how I could use the points I already have, what i got at the owner update was a hardsell to buy more points. Not what I asked for.

Our awesome first holiday with Wyndham.
We absolutely loved the time spent at Ramada Resort in Lake Wanaka. From arrival the service was smooth and swift and there was nothing left to do but enjoy ourselves.

Excellent customer service
The overnight person manning reception was extraordinary with his service - going beyond to help us get to our rooms and then back off to airport only a few hours later. He was such a help when we were feeling so tired and raw after a harrowing experience that had us arriving ridiculously late. His wake up call meant we could sleep soundly for the few hours we had. So very grateful.

Disappointing 14th floor
While the location and views were terrific, the resort is in need of maintenance.
TV/Foxtel not working
Curtain rod broken so glare was a problem
AC doubtful
Staff do their best with complaints

A Perfect Place
The resort is situated away from the madness of Denpasar and the rain forest style gardens are beautifully kept, everything is as it should be, the staff are courteous and friendly at all times and the facilities are excellent, it is situated right on the beach and crashing waves although loud are not in any way a bad noise to be hearing.
Hire a bike if you go (scooter) or enjoy the free shuttle bus rides every day to various hot-spots, enjoy the THREE happy hours every day and the excellent food provided in the restaurant.

Enjoyable Experience
We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our Worldmark ‘taster’ membership. The hotel is very well appointed. It’s decor and facilities were really good. It’s a little far out from the CBD for me but easily accessible with a 10-15min walk and there is a free tram a half a block away right into the CBD. There is parking available at a car park around the corner at a cost. They have wifi at $5 a day or free in public areas. However, when we checked in, they offered free parking and wifi if we attended a presentation. We attended and was pleased n...Read more
ot to get the hard sell! We had asked for a quiet room and were happy to be given one overlooking a courtyard arrangement with shops etc around it. We could hear intermittent banging noises during the day. The noises stopped about 10pm so we supposed they came from the gym 2 floors below. Our neighbours opposite were also hearing the same noises. The wifi was very slow and dropped out continually. The room itself was modern and tasteful. It was a studio deluxe with a balcony that needed a key to open and we didn’t use it. Apart from the banging noises, it was a very quiet room - no traffic noises. It was one of those very long, skinny rooms. The entry passage contained a kitchenette with a large fridge/freezer, hot plates, microwave, dishwasher and utensils. At the end of the passage way was the entry to a VERY large bathroom and then the passageway opened onto a spacious bed/living room area. King bed, table for 2, chairs, aircon and large flatscreen. All the staff we interacted with were enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel made for a very pleasant 3 days in Melbourne.1 comment

Perfect location for a holiday
Club Wyndham Sydney is very pleasant accommodation. Easy walking to Darling Harbour, Chinatown, CBD and Circular Key. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Public transport close by. Lots of lovely restaurants. A little gem in the middle of the hustle and bustle of a big city.

Stunning place that gets better with each stay.
Kirra is an excellent resort with outstanding staff service across the board. Rooms are large, high standard and most comfortable. The resort is close to many amenities and is on the beach. What can we say?

Very nice apartments in a lovely quiet location at Coffs Harbour.
Our apartment was very comfortable and spotless with everything we needed for a short stay. The parking is convenient but a bit tight and it can be hair-raising getting onto the highway during peak hours.

Is there any way that you can show which resort is being reviewed in the comments made by customers. Some say the name in the review - others don't. I would love to know where some of them are writing about.

Hi Springa59,
Thanks for your inquiry. We wouldn't be able to identify resorts in all of the feedback. Some owners didn't leave the resort name in their review. Sorry. Apivut
So could you get the IT guys to add a resort name field so before the review they would add its name.

My apologies. Product Review website is not our platform so we cannot make the change. Apivut

WHen we book a holiday, usually for 6 or seven weeks, 4/5 different club units, we can only book one at a time, instead of booking the whole trip. This is very inconvenient, and there is a chance that all the accommodation will not be available, leaving us in the lurch. It seems that now we have to book every bit of accommodation at 3.00am. and hoping there is availability. This is a new feature, and certainly causes anxiety as we try to make bookings from Melbourne to Caloundra and return.. I am thinking that there have been too many credits sold and insufficient accommodation in Australia.
Will the booking availability return to the previous method, eg be able to complete bookings for continuous accommodation?.

Qld member's understanding from a previous experience of trying to book more than one accomodation at a time was: For 7 days (minimum in Perth & then 7 days at Dunsborough, Margaret River, we had to be 13 months in advance plus charged for a second cleaning fee. Not everybody knows what their holiday schedule is going to be 13 months-out !! Or to try & take advantage of the 60 day Red Season window, to book 6 or 7 resorts all consecutive nights., when trying to travel from Melbourne to Caloundra & return, would not only be a logistical night-mare to maintain the schedule, but with due respect to Wyndham, it would not prove economical. Obviously Susan's planned 6 -7 weeks, means stopping in at all the main resorts along the coastal road, including Sydney and Port Macquarie with Port Stephens on the return route, with a possible minimum pre-arranged stay of 3 days at each premises (for Premium Members Only !!), which would be a nice holiday but not much time to unwind at Marcoola or Golden Beach - Sunshine Coast ? or Cheaper to catch Motels from NSW to Brisbane over 4 -5 days of sight-seeing drive up, then have the Sunshine Coast booking made to suit your planned road trip arrival date with 2 - 3 weeks spent looking around Brisbane, Marcoola & Golden Beach (limited number of cleaning charges, especially if she made Golden Beach the main central stop & travel out daily to the other sights.
Sorry if this reply only complicates things further for Susan, but I can understand her frustration, even with a Service Centre Consultant assisting, the rules & requirements that need to be met plus booking availabilities in consecutive 3 day periods !?
Fortunately Rebecca from 100Club assisted me, and I have bookings. However, not being able to just book the holiday at Flynns Beach, Coffs Harbour, Kirra, Caloundra and return certainly tested me. We do this trek every two years, enjoying the Club accommodation and renewing friendship.
I think if Rebecca had not been so helpful, I would have given up . It certainly has changed, and difficult to make spontaneous holidays, not 13 months in advance
I emailed my destinations, dates and length of stays to head office and they booked everything for me. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Some were 1 night, 2 nights and 3 or more night stays over a period of almost 3 weeks.
When we had to cancel almost a week of stays at 3 different location due to a death in the family, these were handled very quickly and sensitively and we had our credits refunded.

Depends on how serious the complaint. I have always found the Owner Services Team at Wyndham excellent and will resolve most issues. They respond well to phone calls on the usual Wyndham number. Otherwise, see Apivut's answer to get started, then if needs further action the relevant government department.
Thanks jono 13 :)
