Very good value. For the price....very good quality

published

We are not big coffee fans.....We have a cup or two in the morning to launch our way to work or the weekend.....Nothing special....Until now International Roast and Nescafe 43 have been the stalwarts - but we tried this Cole instant a couple months ago (the can is blue now) and the price is definitely wonderful...with coffee in the can - that actually tastes more pleasant than the other low-end competition....Suits our purposes fine.....and we have continued to buy it....Well done Coles!

Purchased in January 2021 at Coles for A$2.60.

This coffee is really weak for caffeine lovers. I used to make it with 4 spoons to get desired level of caffeine. You will be using a lot of this so its better to buy a good quality coffee such as avalanche( got it in 13$ 500 gms woolies)

Gives you your coffee hit.

This coffee powder is nice and cheap. While not as good as other brands of coffee on the market, this coffee is good for what you pay for it. Its a cheap way to satisfy your coffee cravings and give you a bit of a lift. Also makes a good backup if you are using better coffee and you run out.
Its a nice buy.
Cheap, tastes ok

Passable

published

After the Coles Smart Buy Coffee Granule saga, I admit I was expecting the worst, but this coffee surprised me! It is a bit bland, but unlike the granules is definitely passable, as long as you add more than what they say, this is weak coffee! Still, I'd spend the few more bucks to get a decent coffee brand, even the normal Coles Original is much better than this. Maybe use this if you have horrible visitors that like to drink your good coffee, this way they'll be discouraged from wanting coffees from your place ever again. The granules are too brutal for anyone.
Inexpensive, better than the more expensive Coles Smart Buy granules.
A bit bland, requires more than what it says on the tin, low shelf life according to the tin.

I'd still rather drink toilet water than this muck. International roast is the lowest I'd go when it comes to instant and even that is questionable when it comes to taste etc

Only just.

published

While cheaper than the SB coffee granules, following the instructions of 1 heap teaspoon of coffee the result was barely a cup of coffee, more like hot milk and water. After adding a second heaped teaspoon the flavor is only just starting to exist. This coffee is extremely weak however it did taste better (again only just) than the SB coffee granules. 200g may seem ok however because the coffee is so weak I doubt it would be equivalent to a 100g jar of the slightly cheaper (yes that's right, cheaper) 100g jar of you'll love Coles coffee. Save yourself money and buy that instead.
Tastes better than the Smart Buy Granules, other than that nothing!
Bad value for money since you have to use so much of it.
