Fraud report over the phone is non existing

Upon discovering that my credit card has been charged with huge amount by fraud i immediately rang the number given. No one ever answered the call. They have only the useless pop up assistant online, no live chat at all. What bothers me is the fact that Commbank fraud depatment missed this huge volume of unusual account transactions done in 2 days. And what, if i was residing rural, and there was no branch around to go and report the criminal act.

No customer service, no help whatsoever. People please go nab or westpac .

False advertising

Commonwealth bank say they offer grants and support for people who have lost there homes from fires or sustained damage. After waiting on the phone 1 hour and thirty minutes they decide there unable to offer assistance.
Falsely advertising help for people in need!
As soon as covid19 is over I will be switching banks.
Be aware of this.

So i have been with commonwealth bank for 11 years. I had a abit of a incident regarding a refund through my bank "Commonwealth Bank" they took on the dispute for my refund for a item i had purchased though a guy online. The dispute took over 1 month and they declined the refund. The commonwealth bank is a load of crap don't bother yourself to look into them. I Recommend other branches as the commonwealth bank do not care about there customers despite being a loyal customer for at least 11 years.
The branch is a load of crap and im quite annoyed at there customer services.

Over 2 hours waiting, and still not getting through!

Have been a customer for over 25 years, lodged Covid response for help over a month ago, got a follow up email over 2 weeks ago. Now I have been on hold now for 2 hours and 30 min, cannot get a response to my calls, my emails. They should be ashamed of themselves for leaving loyal customers hanging in such a time of stress and uncertainty.

On hold wait times

I find it amazing that the commonwealth bank cannot instigate some sort of phone queue system that tells the customer how long they can expect to wait on hold be it number in the queue or how many minutes hours etc? Many other companies already do this and it is very effective.

All in all since April the 1st I have waited on hold a grand total of over 7.6 hours trying to get through to the commonwealth Bank Home Loan Department. One call was 2 hours and 23 minutes on hold! Yes That's right 2.5 hours waiting to get through! Totally unacceptable in every respect in my opinion.

The excuse I get every time is they are training more people?

My advise to commbank.....you need to spend more money on human resources......and quickly!

10 yrs with this bank got no response during covid 19, it's been lodge for more then 10 days, very disappointed. Not reliable at all, worst coustmer service during difficulty.

Wait times are a pain. But, considering the coronavirus, a 25-minute wait isn't too bad I guess. Also, the rep was great! I didn't catch her name, but whoever you are, you saved my life! Thank you!!!

Cannot be trusted

The Commonwealth bank witnessed the elderly abuse for over a decade under Unlock Senior equity loans but did nothing about it to stop it because they said its hands were tied. This bank is all about its profit margin and dont care who they actually destroy in the process. Its funny that 2 years ago those loans are not longer available and their hands are no longer tied. So i ask what is the difference 2 years ago when those loans were removed and 10 years ago when they were available? Does this mean the Commonwealth bank needs a class action or do we go as far as the ombudsmen or even to state and federal Government level? Is that what is needed to expose what was not exposed at the Royal Commission that you took advantage of the elderly?

Atrocious, lengthy wait times

One star is a compliment, if only I could rate them negative stars.
Understand they are very busy at this time. How about hiring more staff- just as the other large organisations have done, in order to deal with the large increase in calls?
Have called 3 times in all instances I was left waiting for hours on the phone, currently on hold and have been waiting for 2 and a half hours (and expect to be waiting for several more hours - going by the comments on their Facebook page, and the rewiews here)

Fantastic service

Everytime I have been to the branch at Coffs Harbour plaza. I have received excellent service from the staff. Today I had another pleasant experience with a staff member named Kayla she was fantastic especially with the current pandemic and diffuclt customers that I saw today. Keep up the great service.
