It's okay but very expensive !!
We have installed around year ago, we got several issues hardness of the water and chlorine. We tested after installation the chlorine content was high. They they replaced the filter 2 times and final one was sorted the chlorine content. But Hardness not much improvement.
Now I am concerned about the filter price, when they Going to increase! I asked this with sales person assured they won'tincreasee soon or it will be very minimal. I think they should maintain the price reasonable.
Should have done it years ago!
What a great decision we made . Sammi was fantastic. He explained the system well with evidence of just one tablet. He kept in contact with us until the last minute. From organising installation and then a few weeks later. It’s not Brain surgery to convert. The water is fresh and enjoyable to drink. Thanking you again Sammi .

No what you're getting into.
After looking for a quote for a home water filtration system, we were left with a very unpleasant experience. Instead of coming around for a brief chat and discussion, we had a member of their sales team essentially trick us into letting them into our home and sitting us down for an hour with a very pushy sales pitch. Initially we were told "I just need to look at your kitchen tap', so we let them in. They then proceeded to set up a full demonstration at our in our home that went on for an hour. ... Read morevasion of privacy to be completely honest. At no point was this ever made clear to us along the way that this would be the case. Cutting a long story short, at the end of it they tried to convince us to sign a contract of sale to secure the 'special price' after we had initially declined the offer. We were told we wouldn't be charged etc...nonetheless we're asked to sign a contract of sale for $4,500....please people, do not let anyone ever push you into something like this, no matter how uncomfortable you feel. In no situation is it right for any business to ask this of a customer. Can't speak for the product itself, but think about it...this company has to pay multiple people top down...and that has to come out of the paying customers pocket at the end of the day. So at the very least, seek a quote from a local plumber, pay one person and avoid this uncomfortable and expensive experience.

Complete Home filtration fail to keep up their scheduled appointment.
Complete home filtration company called us to scheduled an appointment saying both person in the house should be present during demo. So we have to re scheduled all our appointments for this demo because of their conditions. Just half an hour before appointment, demo person send us a msg saying that he can't make it. This company don't value their customer. Luckily we don't plan to proceed with them now, because before buying their products itself they can't keep up their scheduled appointment, in case we have some issues after installation will that get solved will be a big question mark?.

Thank you to Sammi and the installers for my complete home filtration. Sammie has Gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. The difference in the water is amazing, I can now taste the difference in the water as I havnt drank my tap water for over 7yrs, now my animals and myself can enjoy chemical free water. The shower well if I could would stay in there for hrs so much smoother than the water I had. Thank you complete home filtration for a very happy customer.

Completely disappointed!
Extremely disappointed with the customer service side. This this product is not cheap, you pay thousands for it. We have been waiting on a resolution to a new filter which we were advised would be free with a new customer referral. We referred a new customer which has made the company thousands again & they are now avoiding keeping their end of the deal to us. We have corresponded by email & for 8 days now & several follow ups they have complete ignored our emails. Please keep this in mind when signing up. Extremely unhelpful & unethical !
Company will not stop spamming me with calls
They call me 20 times a day to try and sell me their system. Never give them your details!

Great Experience with Complete Home Filtration! The sales rep Craig was excellent to deal with, very informative and straight to the point. I cannot wait to enjoy my new water filtration unit. Not really about product it’s about there sales team
Don’t go with this company they send fraudulent sales people to your house . Who will pretty much force you to make a deposit and never mention anything about non refundable deposit . They makes the sale and tell you can get a loan about it ( which will be approved in no time ) . Loan gets rejected and your deposit is gone . Stay away from this filteration company

Today is a great day for us.
We have sweet clean water again.
Jordan came and explained everything in detail, answering all my questions.
The office people were also so helpful. Today our system was put in by Shada from S R Stanley and Assiciates and WOW what a great job. Even turned up early.
We are so happy and why would we not be.

They have a supposed referral system…that they don’t honour!

I won’t be referring anyone to them. In fact, I’ll be warning off everyone I know.

Wasted my time
They call me and offered to come out to show what they had to offer. After waiting 30min I called to see what was going on then got a phone call back to let me no they were running late. If you ask for us to both be home have the decency to make it on time or call before the time to say your going to be running over 30mins late.
Then got told not to expect it to be cheap......

How much is the price for the complete system. I see different prices quoted
Hello there...when you get your bore water filter from Italy I heard Melinda Lewis was saying next year maybe....can that be only in a 30 inch cannister as a 10 inch cannister might not be able to handle that amount of sediment etc hey....I have installed 3 ten inch cannisters but when it comes time for me too go a bore filter at 30 inches..can that be just added too my 10 inch system?
