Pushy and rude


This company is very pushy. They continue to call me to try and sell me a service to replace the filter on my water filter. I told them I did not want a new filter yet and that I would contact them when I was ready. I have had 5 calls since March and each time they are pushy. I told them to stop calling me but they keep calling, on one occasion the female was rude to me when I said no. I'm at the stage where I have to block their numbers. They harass you until they get your business. Don't bother with them.

Purchased in March 2018 for $280.00.

Bad customer service


Bad customer service. Very rude. Did not even tried to listen to cutomer concerns. Customer service that keeps on saying they cannot help even before hearing the concern. Avoid dealing if possible. Saved you the head ache.

Excellent customer service


The housing on my 15 years old under sink water filter housing developed a crack and leaked. Aquasafe quoted a very reasonable price for a replacement housing and filter. Fast delivery and response to queries.

Telephone Harrassment


Seven calls in the past three days about changing a water filter, the dentist only sends ONE reminder. Thursday 2 calls Friday 3 calls and 1 text message to remind me my filter needs changing and someone needs to be at my home today as they are in the area.
Last year when they came to change the filter they made me wait for nearly two hours as they were late, but couldn't bother to call.
Now this year I have endured 7 calls in 3 days; it is simply harrassment.

Product is ok. Customer service is atrocious.


I'm not sure if these people are just desperate, stupid or both. They call me to tell me my filter is due for changing. I tell them that I am busy on the day they suggest. They suggest another day, I tell them that I will get back to them. They keep talking. I tell them again, I will get back to you. I hang up.

Still not good enough. They have been calling almost every day since even sending texts, they don't always leave a message which is also very unprofessional.

If they want me to rip their product right out they are going about it the right way. Shocking customer service!

excellent filter solution


I have dealt with this supplier for a number of years; always helpful with filter replacements arriving in a timely manner. I have a UV light that the rainwater passes through first, then a sediment filter followed by a carbon filter. Works great; nice and clean rain water that I use for cooking and making excellent tea with! This month replaced UV light an filters; everything working fine.

What an absolute bunch of amateurs


Called FWS servicing the Sunshine Coast back in Nov 2016, I called the message service approx 5 times before someone eventually returned a call, placed a technician to install tap on 22 dec 2016, they never showed up!
Called several times again & finally they answered my call to send another technician in Jan 2017, again, they just never bothered showing up or advising why! Have now placed complaint with customer relations with no reply.
Who is running this backward company?
Please do not bother them with your business, pay the extra to have a filtered water tap installed by a professional company or go to Bunnings & instal a tap yourself.

worst service ever


I've tried 4 times now to get my system serviced / upgraded. Three times I've been told "someone will call you back". Finally after the third time, service rep called, set up appointment for serviceman. Lo and behold, he never even showed up, no phone call, nothing. Will be looking at different company to do my water filter.

Don't be fooled by the advertised price.


Advertised at $248 installed is only if your water pressure is 350kpa or less...very, very little chance. The guy came and installed it and said nearly all are around 500kpa, so this will also incur a $50 fee for a pressure limiting valve making it $298. Over the phone the lady said $90 per annum to change the filter and sterilise the system. The guy who installed it said it is $99 which is correct.
Besides the price, the taste of our tap water has improved and the flow rate is quite good.

Had it installed last week and very happy with the filter and its taste. Customer service were very helpful in giving me all the information i needed and their installer was very professional and friendly. Price was reasonable. They worked around my timings to have my water filter installed. It was done so quickly and I am very happy with it.

Not totally up front

I am getting the system installed in a week but just want to check if I lose hot water after installing the system in kitchen under sink. Please advise.

I have 3 stage undersink system hot water will still run through even when you have the 3 stage system on aswell.
