Custom Blinds supplied and installed blinds at my home and also at my place of business, on both occasions their service was prompt and professional. I am very happy with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

We have had so many problems with this company but the most recent one is that a blind that we had installed for a week fell off it’s rail. They first blamed our electricians (as it is motorised), then they blamed us as they said we put it down too far. They say we need to pay for a new one. When I rang them the girl on the phone was very rude and hung up on us. Beware of this company.

The service provided was excellent. Asked to pay half as deposit and the other half after delivery.

I recently built a new 2 level house but I live overseas so organising anything is difficult. Customs Blinds were extremely helpful right from the start coming straight out to review my needs and measure up and then manufacture and install exactly on the date I wanted it done. The blinds look great so I am extremely happy with the all round service and the finished product.

Had two quotes and custom blinds were the best. I went to the Willeton store and spoke to Sue. She was very
helpful, even though she was new. Darren did the final measure and he also installed the blinds with Ross, they were both very thorough and professional. They also cleaned up as the did the job.

I walked into custom blinds with no idea what get as I had previously had roller blinds although they frayed soon after getting them (not through custom blinds) Leanne was so helpful and she went through everything, I decide on roller blinds. Kevin came out to measure and I had completely forgot about my appointment so the builder let him in. I rocked up when he was about to leave, he quickly ran over everything with me and stayed back to go through colours. Its been a great experience so far and we can't wait to see the end result.

Leanne was very helpful in the office when making my selection. payments were easy half on order other half on completion, great low prices which other companies did not believe. install team were great - very polite and most of all cleaned up when finished. yes I would recommend them.
