Very prompt, didnt have to wait, Kevin and the team know what they're doing. We were so happy we got them to come back to do another room.

Very efficient business from quoting to install and also very knowledgeable on the product. Custom blinds used a subcontractor to install and all was done to a high standard. We went with a ziptrack system with alpha motor and visiontek ultra 99% mesh in a 4m wide span and 2.5m drop. Love the blind on outdoor patio and cuts out the western facing sun in the afternoon completely.

Hi Very Happy to review this company after the installation of our shutters to our Master bedroom and Formal lounge.
Communication was very good at all stages of manufacturing and the installers were clean, and respectful to our home and made sure they cleaned up after the installation, which was appreciated.
The shutters we chose had a longer wait time for manufacture however it was certainly worth the wait as the finished product is far superior to others I have seen.

They look great, and the company was so easy to deal with, they were quick to respond and everything was done when they said it would be.

Had a disastrous experience with another company that said they couldn't fit my blind - after measuring & ordering it - because they couldn't fit the ladder in :/ I contacted Custom Blinds WA who had fitted blinds in a previous residence. They were great. They custom made the blind to fit the space, unlike the other company who said I was going to have to have two or three blinds because they couldn't get one across the whole space. The fitter Stewart was awesome. Couldn't understand why the other company said they couldn't fit the ladder in (even though it was an awkward spot). He said it was a breeze and he fitted the blind in 5 minutes. No fuss.

Needed to install vertical blinds to my new home and was recommended by my friends who had their blinds installed by Custom Blind tied to Trevors Carpet. The team Amanda, Alana & Leanne were fantastic, had good product knowledge & quotation provided was also competitive. The installation gentleman was great too, (sorry I forgot his name) quick and efficient. Very satisfied and will certainly call on them again for future blinds installation as I believe they will continue to look after me as they had done recently.

We were very happy with our new blinds. The price was very competitive and they were installed in a matter of weeks. When installed the blind didn't quite fit so they had to come back but did so within a week and before work which made it easier for us.

Leanne in the office was very good right from the start and Custom Blinds were the most competitive of three quotes. There installer was great and did a wonderful job even coming back on a Sunday to compete the work. Their installer for the shutters was also very good and prompt. Communication via email and text completed the package. The blinds are good quality and work well made better by the meticulous installation by their installer.

Recently ordered some double roller blinds. Service was great in store, answering all of our questions and concerns. Slight wait on manufacturing, however, was promptly organised for it to be installed. Was installed with a minimum of fuss and product looks great! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for blinds :)

We needed blinds, as well as a curtain rail for a corner window for our new second storey. The communication with Custom Blinds was excellent, the service prompt, the installer very nice and he did a great job. The products were very good also. Though at first the curtain rail was too short, when I called, the staff was very helpful and apologetic; they organised replacement immediately. Mistakes happen, what counts is how companies deal with them, and Custom Blinds' service was perfect in this regard, too.

Very happy with the blind, is a quality product which I would have no hesitation in recommending .The company also had no faults when it came to installation and generally being on the ball . A good product which is worth the cost .
