They were fitted in the time frame I was told and the fitter was on time and did an excellent job. Well done guys I couldn't be happier.

We had many quotes from different companies and Custom Blinds were by far the cheapest, they have a nice showroom, friendly staff. There was a slight delay in getting the blind but really helpful with regards to getting it fitted at time that was convenient for us and fit around work commitments. Love the look and quality of the blind we purchased. Will definitely go back in the future.

I didn't shop around, just went with the one and only quote as I was happy with the Willetton store and the people I had dealings with. They did everything they said they would. What I wasn't happy about was the waiting time 8 - 10 weeks. That was my fault because it was clearly printed on the quote. I would have gladly cancelled my order as I was sick of waiting but I couldn't afford to give up my deposit. At the end of the day the shutters look absolutely fantastic and I show everyone that comes over how great they look. Cheers

Custom were actually slightly more expensive than another quote obtained (albiet only $100), but I went with them as I felt the most confident. The friendly and knowledgable sales staff made the process of selecting the right blind easy and the trades people that installed the blind were fantastic turning up on time, cleaning up after themselves and sitting down with me after installation going through the operation and general maintenance.

Custom Blinds WA were great to deal with, they were able to come out and quote my house within a couple days of me calling them. The quote came through that same day which had lots of information on the product quoted. The blinds were installed and they look amazing.
