Cut Price Car Rentals were a fantastic company to do business with. Definitely recommend this car hire business and will be using again next time we’re on the Gold Coast.

A shame that the rates had a large increase since February when we had previously booked, but they tried to accommodate in obtaining an reasonable rate

Efficient and effortless transition from airport to office and driving away. Polite staff who are extremely adaptable and caring. Couldn’t have been more helpful or sing higher praises for the whole outfit from phone service, airport pick up, presentation of vehicle and great counter staff.

Found Cut Price car rentals to be extremely competitive, great service, friendly staff, have used Cut Price for last 12 years when we travel to Queensland, have always been great!

the customer service was great Hannah was exceptionally friendly and informative when i was enquiring about 2 vehicles for our family holiday. nothing was to much trouble for her.
payment was made prior to arriving, a couple of problems on arrival to pick the 2 vehicles up my son and son in law was told that they hadn't received payment .when my son showed receipt they then looked on the computer and found payment had been received. apart from that all was good.
we used the vehicles to get from airport to our accommodation and to go to all the theme parks and just general site seeing. the vehicles met our need of what we wanted to do very happy with them

5 star service! They were so easy to deal with and so helpful!!! Excellent price in comparison so the competition.

I enquired about a rental, was a bit dubious about renting with a company i had not heard about.
The lady that called back was so friendly, she had all the information i needed, the price was great.
They picked us up from the airport and took us to the office, all the staff were so very friendly, It didnt take long to have the paperwork finalised. the vehicle was just what we were promised. Check out was easy and friendly. They drove with us to the airport to drop off the vehicle

Excellent customer service and very reliable and clean cars. They offer you 2 free rides from and to the airport. Also, they give you a discount if you book over the phone even though their prices are competitive as such.

I was a bit uncertain about getting the car outside the airport but it was as smooth as getting it from the airport. Without wasting any time, the shuttle bus was at the airport to take us to the cut-price office to get the car. The car was in excellent condition with a tightly fixed baby car seat. I won't hesitate to contact cut-price again in future and highly recommend it to others as well.

The service was amazing. From booking, to dropping back and everything in between. We had an issue with our car and no questions asked, swapped over within hours (dropping off to our accomodation). Would use again and would recommend to anyone looking to hire a car on the Gold Coast
