I made a promise to myself if Cadel Evans won the tdf, I would buy a BMC jersey. When he did I ordered one via Cycling express. The level of customer service and conctactability via email, forum link and telephone (they phoned me on my mobile within 1 hour of enquiry) is brilliant. I doubt you would get that from any other internet retailer. Highly recommended.
Great service

Ordered a handful of times from these guys. Prefer to buy local and support OZ. They price match which is great. Regularly don't have stock despite website saying otherwise. Delivery time is woeful though, would suggest they have better customer updating on orders. I paid for items and waited 2 weeks or more, It wasn't until I phoned that they seemed to find out what was going on. Was upgraded on equipment on one occasion which was nice. when the item came though it was poorly packaged considering the delicate object it contained. Promising business but execution needs some work.

Was surfing the net over the weekend, and came across cycling express. Had to buy some 99 cent GU gels, paid $3 last time.

Had stoped shop in austlian a couple years ago, because of price. Great to see someone doing a great job in Australia. I have added to my faviourites and will be back shopping there soon

Was an overseas shopper, now i look at cycling express first, most of the time they are as great value or better than OS sites. When i ordered need to change something, nice to be able to call a local number durning normal hours and get an immediate answer, well done guys, know your are only 4 or so moths old and you guys have done great in the short time been up, look forward to seeing more of what you guys wil do.

It took me 2 weeks, 2 emails and 2 phone calls to get my stuff and I only live a few suburbs away! I want to support local businesses but I could have gotten it quicker from the UK.

They really need to get their customer service act together if they want to be a serious competitor to the overseas shops. The UK shops excel with their service!

Lousy service

Bike assembled and sent fast. Missing Pedals. Promised new ones sent in mail. Checked over assmbly of bike, the gears so badly assembled/adjusted it could not be ridden. Couple hrs later all ok. Still no pedals after another 7days. phoned and got excuses, excuses.......Forced to go and buy pedals from another shop.
Not a happy customer!!!!

When I told a friend that I wanted to buy a bike he referred me to this website. At first I thought the prices on road bikes where simply to good to be true. Made the plunge and purchased a new road bike from them. Unbeliably good bike (Verite carbon), must be the best value bike on the planet. Well, that is my feeling on it anyway.
