Simply The Best
I absolutely love it.
Couldn't survive without it.
Easy to use.
Taste of Coffee good (providing you rinse water thru Machine a few times after each use).
Cleaning Milk Frother I have trouble with, I find it a bit awkward and it has to be wiped continually so Milk doesn't build up on the Teflon otherwise you get a burnt mark.

Couldn't live without
It's the next best thing having a bearded barista in your kitchen. Simple and easy to use. Best get the genuine capsules. More expensive - but definitely worth it. Its a must have in any home. used to have ground coffee machine would never go back. Reliable. Highly recommended. Love it!

great value for money
purchased last august and had a small water leak on the first unit straight out of the box.
was replaced straight away and the second unit has been faultless for over 6 months.
purchased on a crazy special for $399 and it does everything i need of it, not as fancy as others my friends have however i am the only coffee drinker in the house so fine for me.

nd design rather than just a cheap copy. all in all a great little machine for someone wanting a compact unit that wont break the bank and deliver a coffee far better than any instant. if i had to make two cups at the same time i would possibly consider another unit but at the price its hard to go past this.

So Simple to use
I'd resisted the temptation to get a Pod type coffee machine for a long time, This Nespresso machine is easy to use, works really well and very easy to clean up. It makes a great cup of coffee and the attached milk steamer is well designed and simple to use - It's been used every day since we bought it

Great coffee machine..terrible milk frother
Makes a great coffee in our busy home and hasn't skipped a beat. De-scaled a few times but other than that it hasn't needed any other maintenance over the past 3 years.
The milk frother on the other hand was terrible from the start. The milk burns on the bottom and is difficult to remove. Tried everything. Rang delonghi numerous times. No assistance given other than told to rinse with cold water before putting milk in...didn't work. In the end purchased a frother from Aldi. It's amazing. Nothing burns ...easy to clean. Next time I would buy just the delonghi coffee pod machine without the frother.

Makes the perfect cup of coffee
We have been very pleased with our machine. Low maintenance, perfect streamlined coffee process, and two happy customers who enjoy their coffee pods.
Easy to clean. Easy to operate. The milk capsule is easy to operate and makes the best frothing milk. High recommend this product if you want a perfect cup of coffee.

I have a Nespresso citiz & milk. Dissatisfied however the milk frothier always overflows during heating. I only use full cream milk and always fill well below the maximum line but it still makes a mess. I tried swapping around the 2 different milk frother & mixing spring but can’t resolve the flow over.
Frustrating!
Does anyone have any tips?

Hi All I can say is make sure when you fill you can still see the top of the black attachment. I never use the guide on the inside of the machine. I find if you go above the black attachment it will overflow. It should only make enough milk for one coffee. Hope this helps
