It started when I came into the Nespresso Store, the smell, the service and variety of flavours to choose is quite tempting. After you try it, you become addicted. This is my fellow companion every morning with my brekkie and has not let me down since I bought it. Easy to use, fast and delicious coffee.

I use this with Nespresso pods and love how easy it is to have good quality coffee in the comfort of my house. The Citiz is a small machine, so it does not take up too much real estate on your bench. The Citiz is easy to clean, the frother is good, however I find that if it not cleaned after every use, it can build up residue quite easily. Luckily I only make one coffee in the morning, but when you do multiple coffees, this can be slightly annoying. If you are lucky, you can often get a cash-back incentive on his machine from David Jones, which I would recommend as it can often be over $100.

Never had a Nespresso before buying this. Was an ok deal as it was discounted and came with 100 pods. I do like my cafe style coffee, double espressos. While not as good as a proper cafe coffee it's significantly better than instant and less hassle than using a plunger.

We purchased this particular coffee machine a few months ago from Myers. It’s nice but it does not heat the milk a lot. I like the milk to be more warm than what it does. However it’s a nice sleek kinda machine which does not take a lot of space.

Now this is a coffee machine to have in your home!
So easy to use and the clean up is very easy indeed. I have used the nespresso coffee as well as the store brought capsules in this machine and the results have been perfect every time, cup after cup of pure heaven for any coffee lover...

that's taste amazing even better than in cafe shop since i make it myself, easy to use, the smell of the coffee is insane, i'm so addicted to this coffee machine. i drink everyday, without this i can't go to work. this is my life saver and it save heaps of money ad well. perfect

Coffee maker itself is easy to use and clean. Good for personal or family use, but not recommended for office. We have one at work, and the water gets used up too quickly or the container for discarded capsules gets blocked easily. Not everyone will check all these before and after every use in a workplace.
Milk frother is a hassle for me. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned after every use, by removing attachment and getting into the small spaces around it. Can't just do a quick rinse as milk gets stuck.
Limited places to buy Nespresso capsules from. Sometimes easier just to use other compatible brands.

Suited to my needs with offering delicious coffee at ease in the morning before work. The style of the machine looks fantastic and suits a modern styled kitchen. Nespresso pods are available everywhere and provide optimum tasting coffee. Only slight concern is that in the cold cold mornings in which it can be tempremental.

Very easy to use and heats up much faster than my previous Citiz. But the coffee (I drink black) is too cold. I appears to me that because it is ready so quickly, the heating element is not reaching a high enough temperature. The problem is made much worse when heated milk is added.

All these Nespresso machines run the water too hot, also huge issue of the pods and the amount of waste they produce. There is no way any free standing coffee machine can replicate a plumbed in benchtop machine. Why bother, just get an aeropress or a some filtering system, like the Swiss gold

Since changing my nespresso machine to the Citizmilk version from the Lattissima, I now love using my Nespresso machine. The coffee tastes much better and is so easy to use. The cleaning of the new machine is far easier than the Lattissima. Thanks Nespresso for my citizmilk machine and I love having my coffee every day.

depends on the capsules you buy as to the taste you get but on the whole I do enjoy having a coffee with friends..I usually try to get the number 12 or higher packs as the coffee is stronger.The milk foamer on the side is great too and heats up in no time. It is very easy to use and so easy to clean.

The only con was the milk warmer/frother needs to be cleaned straight after use or old milk bakes in to it and its hard to clean 4 out of 5 Stars

Great machine, you can use original Nespresso capsules or L'or ones from the supermarket, so you will be able to find one for your tastes. I love the milk frother, makes creamy cappuccinos, not quiet cafe style but pretty close to it. Good option if you dont want to spend too much money on the machine. Usually the Good Guys with have it for the cheapest price if not they will beat any other price.

This is Amazing! Very happy with the taste of capsule coffee, it is very easy to use, we use it every day. Good to clean, we just give it a wipe every time we use it, settings are easy to use. Perfect to gift someone special for that special occasion. This was a gift so we can't rate a price.

Very happy with the delonghi Nespresso machine. Coffee always tastes great. So simple to use. Great for a quick coffee on the way out the door on the way to work in the morning.
I love that I can froth my own milk. No more daily five dollar coffees from the local cafe.
