Does the milk jug come with the machine?

Yes, everything necessary to make a cappuccino/expresso/latte etc comes with the machine (other than the pods and milk).

I have a orange light coming up on my milk button is this common and how do I fix it I want coffee again ??

Do a descale with with water only then shut down. Wait for a while then start up again and hopefully problem solved.
Or maybe you have soft water as machine defaults to hard water.
To change hardness.
Begin with the machine turned off
To set the water hardness to Soft water
Now hold down the Latte Macchiato button while powering your machine on
Once done, Now the orange descaling indicator light should come off.
