Used almost daily for the past 5 years, going strong!
Been really easy to use and clean. We use it daily, sometimes multiple times with no issues for the last 5 years.
We did have to replace the milk frother but that was our own fault for not cleaning properly in the early days, resulting in a build up we couldn't remove

Love my Nespresso
I have friends with Nespresso machines and took their advice when I decided I want consistent good quality coffee. I noticed that the capsules able to be recycled and there's a large variety of coffees to choose from, including decaf. My machine has two setting for either an expresso size or a lungo size.

Great little machine
Its a definite improvement over the Bellini, much more compact and fits in the caravan as well. Easy to use small or larger cups. Triple A

Shocking Product Support
Is it any good at making coffee? Who knows?
I received my machine with obvious condition issues (it looked open box/refurbished) and called their support line which is closed outside the posted hours. So I used the online contact form which promised a quick response. After 2 days (and counting) wait, I phoned again and after a long hold, spoke with a support person.
She gave me some double talk and provided info that was plainly not accurate. Then before I could say anything, she forwarded me to Nespresso. I'm usually pretty good at inter...Read more
vening in the call-forwarding run-around, but she was darn good. Not surprisingly, Nespresso don't make the machine and couldn't help with my problems. By this time I was becoming annoyed and I apologised to the Nespresso rep for being so. His response was "No problem, I deal with it all day, DeLonghi forward everyone through to us". My retailer told me I'd received the "best one" of the poor condition Pixie's they had received from DeLonghi. I was sceptical, but less so now...2 comments
Update 2: It never ends. Sample pods with the machine were 20 months old/10 months past their best buy. DeLongi rep had told me the quality control issues were due to rushed production for Christmas. ... Read more
As is Christmas in July last year I guess. Discovered this after the first cup of coffee was terrible. I made the mistake of claiming the redemption sometime during the silliness so time to bin the whole thing I think.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Does everything required of it.
We have been using a conventional coffee machine for over 15 years. Our most recent semi automatic Breville managed to break down on average every 7 or 8 months. Result was a bill for $80. each time. We had sampled coffee from a number of capsule machines and the end result was fairly ordinary coffee. I recently changed jobs and was offered a coffee from a Nespresso machine. At almost the same time, our Breville semi auto machine decided to go onstrike again. We are now the proud owners of a Delonghi Citiz Nespresso machine. I am yet to sample ...Read more
a blend from the many available that we do not enjoy. Whilst the cost of capsules can be a bit high, there is no waist. each capsule is consistant with the previous one. There is no mess. Anyone can use the machine. We are very happy converts. Well done Nespresso. Ease of use. Great service and support from Nespresso. Great coffee every time.Similar opinion? Update: After kicking up a stink, the local DeLonghi rep came around with a replacement unit, and to my surprise, it was in fact in worse shape than the one I had. She also said that Nespresso was the... Read more
OEM manufacturer - contrary to what the Nespresso person told me. Whatever the case, DeLonghi folks seemed confused by the notion that I'd want a properly packaged, clean, undamaged item. Run away, run away.
