No water comes out of the coffee machine. It just goes through the capsule catcher and through to the waste water compartment? Any ideas? It has been de-scaled and cleaned.

I have the same issue. Someone please answer, help!!
I had this issue and found there was a broken part inside the machine. If you YouTube it, you can see that its quite common for these machines. I ordered a replacement in Australia and it was easy to fix.
Thanks for that but contacted Nespresso and they replaced the machine as it was still under warranty

When I insert a capsule and press the light on the coffe just dribbles out and to get even a small cup I have to keep pressing the light? Does this mean the machine has had it? Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you
1 answer
You don't have to keep on pressing continuously.
For me I go for the Large cup size and press it once for coffee to come out.
Enjoy your coffee

No idea. Perhaps you should talk to Nespresso. https://www.nespresso.com/au/en/service-customer-care?icid=B2C_Auen_Homepage_OurServicesMegaMenu_2016_03_mainItem_0

The capsule slider door is displaying three light all at once and doesn't stop until I manually stop. Can you help?
Thanks!

That indicates your machine needs descaling. Get some descaler (dishwasher descaler from your local supermarket works well) and follow the descaling instructions in the manual
I just used white vinegar and that did the trick. Put it through a few times then did the same with a tank full of water. Slider now clear no problems. Cheap fix. The slider just would not open and that was its problem - needed descaling.Had never done it.

Hello everyone!
We just got this machine second hand, so no warranty.
We just have a dilemma that it seems a few have had already. It seems that the nozzle is stuck and tilting backwards, which seems to make the coffee flow backwards down into the reservoir, which obviously isn't where we want it to go!
Has anyone found a solution to it would seem, unblocking the nozzle? or any thing? We don't see how the flushing would help as some suggested. We would like to try and fix it ourselves for starters..
Any ideas? Thank you!

I have the same problem! I found a site that recommends unscrewing the nespresso and opening the two sides. But these are special nuts that you would have to purchase a tool to open it. Seems very time consuming and they recommend replacing the seal. I guess I'm not going to go through this task. If anyone has any other ideas, please chime in. Best coffee I ever had!
Did you manage to get this problem fixed. My machine has the same problem. "Water not running out of the stout, instead water is running through pod but then falls down into reservoir" Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.
You should get one of those screwdrivers they are star shaped and you will probably need one in the future, only a few bucks.
I had the same problem, my lower channel was loose and was tilting backwards into the reservoir. After I uncased the machine (watch the video posted above), if I held the channel down the coffee would spill into it and out the front and not back - but if I let it go it fell backwards again.
To solve this I left the nozzle casing off when putting the machine back together, I just have to hold the channel down every time I make a coffee now. Not a proper fix but it works the same. I think it needs a spare part, just wear and tear I guess. Until I get sick of holding it down this will have to do.

my nespresso machine is flashing all 3 buttons, I hold them down, open the capsule holder when it beeps I let go the 3 buttons, close the capsule holder and now it flashes one light after another and still won't work!!! Any suggestions?
1 answer
Sounds like your machine is still on descale mode. when capsule is closed, hold all three buttons down again and it should get you back to normal mode. alternatively visit nespresso site to see the How To.

Is there any thing else I could possibly run through it? my machine is freaking out.it will stop during making a coffee it won't release a pod the lights will all flashl and not let me do any thing with it. It will be 3 yrs old this Christmas so I don't think it's under warranty any more.. can someone please help. Getting home from work this hr of the day is normally great.but not when I can't make a coffee..HELP

Hello, I suggest you pay a visit to your local Woolworths supermarket or Gloria Jeans coffee houses both sell the descale liquid in a bottle in the coffee section, it's cheap to buy, it's organic & made by Cafetto. It's made in Australia & it works far better than the stuff Nespresso sells you at 3 times the price & it's a BFA registered product.
I was told and successfully used white vinegar. Use a concentration of about 70% vinegar. After flush just water through again. Worked perfectly on my machine!

The coffee is'n t coming out the spout but into the capsule collection bin. Why?
7 answers
Behind the spout is a tilting multi-purpose pourer/drip catcher. It runs on two plastic flanges attaches to a concealed nozzle on the front of the brewer. It seems that these flanges are prone to breaking and the result is that the tilting pourer/drip catcher does not move down to allow coffee to come out of the spout. Hence, the coffee just flows into the drip tray. I am currently experiencing the same problem and looking for a spare part to replace the concealed nozzle.
Did you find the correct part for this? we have the same issue
I'm having the same problem, so good to see an answer here... thanks!
