How would I know if the motor is burnt out as I cannot hear it working at all?

I have a delonghi Nespresso EN520S machine. While it is 7 years old it was in storage and only removed from the box a week ago. So effectively it is a brand new machine although out of warranty of course. Problems are: It won't pump water through and it appears the pods are not not being punctured. I have tried priming it by moving water reservoir up and down when machine on. I have tried creating a vacuum in the water reservoir. I have tried a toothbrush over the pod grate. I have been back to place of purchase but all they tried to do was well me a new machine. As if!!!

My delonghi coffee machine has jUST stopped working. It is about 5/ years old - I use it every day I haven’t had my coffee fix today. We own 3 of these machines - 1 at home and 1 each at our rental properties

I have a Nespresso De'Longhi Lattissima Pro Espresso Maker. When I turn it on it The Risetto starts brewing intermittently without selecting it. I tried a factory reset with no help. Any help?

family member gave me a DeLonghi Nespresso U EN110OAE. read the instructions, but unit wont prime. that is cant get any water to go thru machine. suggestions

The 3 bottons on the RHS of the Delonghi Nespresso keep on flashing
The 3 bottons on the left are fine, so cannot froth milk onlt short/long blacks
Any ideas?

I have just bought a Delonghi Citiz machine and are finding that the capsule collection tray fills up with water after 5 or six brewing's .Is this normal ? this was not the case with my old one that I had for 6 years ....can any one help please

How to descale machine?

My Nespresso U isn't turning on at all. No lights no nothing. Does this mean its gone?

No water comes out of the coffee machine. It just goes through the capsule catcher and through to the waste water compartment? Any ideas? It has been de-scaled and cleaned.
